I was doing really good at first thinking I was going to be hired full time at this clinic put then I found out they hired someone else then they sent me to another place was not even trained then another place just filing was good then they called wsi said they didn't need me after that I waited three weeks for another opportunity then the day of the first interview I got sick called wsi and said it was ok do reschedule for second interview family emergency was at hospital then Jesse Raush left me a nasty voice mail they didn't need my service was that my fault no so now I have no job thank you wsi

Jesse was absolutely the best. He definitely cares about his workers. He goes above and beyond. I've had plenty of staffing agencies pretend to care about you then end up only catering to their clients. He definitely made sure my worth was highlighted and made sure things stayed fair. I truly appreciate him and his professionalism. Will definitely be going back if I ever need to in the future.

Personally I was going through a rough time professionally and didn't know what way my career was going to go. Felt like my previous job turned their back on me when I needed them the most. I proved to be loyal to them time and time again. One day I was told to try a staffing agency so I chose WSI Healthcare. I want to thank you Steven Whaley and especially Jesse Ruch.

Would not know where I would be personally or professionally without them. I was at a low point and they really helped me pick myself back up and become that confident Patrick Henderson again. I started at Colorado Gastro end of August and it was supposed to be a temp job but yesterday found out they want to keep me for good. Not going to lie it made me emotional but so grateful for this opportunity. I'm blessed that WSI believed in me and now I have the chance to provide for my growing family.

Management here is horrible. It took three weeks to be verified, Julie talked down to me because I made a mistake on my application. I was assigned somewhere in which two previous coworkers of mine had bullied me at another facility, and because of the situation and tension I left the assignment. I was called by Lisa multiple times that day, and refused to pick up thinking we could walk away from the ordeal with no animosity.

I was wrong, as when I went to fill out a time card for the whole 4 hours I worked (again, the people I had worked with at this assignment bullied me and other residents at another company), Lisa made it a point to be condescending and patronizing. Toxic. Just stay away from this agency.

I recently had opportunity to experience one of their professionals and believe me it was memorable. The RN Alyssa was completing a shift at a rehab center in Arvada. I had been staying with a friend who was ill for a 5 week period including overnites. I witnessed the RN belittling the facility nurse in a tirade of insults while I patiently waited but she ignored me.

I returned to the room when she finally came an hour late with critical meds much to the discomfort of the patient. She became confrontational with me in front of my friend even after I made it clear I would only speak to facility supervisor not her. I thought this was the end until my friend needed pain med at 515 am. Alyssa continued to ignore me at the station again on a tirade and despite being there 2 more hours the patient never received pain med.

I notified WSI of this concerning encounter and their only response was they would hear both sides of the story and the RN would not be back this weekend. What it said to me as a medical professional was that she simply would be assigned elsewhere with no disciplinary action because money is more important than patient safety

I was apprehensive when I first learned WSi was a staffing agency; the last staffing agency I had used didn't assist me hardly at all and had waisted my time. Upon my arrival to the office, I could tell that this would be a better experience! Jesse R. and Patricia were patient and understanding of the demands of my limited time and what I was looking for. With-in a few days of my initial meeting I received a call from Jesse with a possible opening that matched what I was looking for.

He was able to schedule my interview quickly despite the limited time I had available. The amount of care and attention from Jesse throughout the entire process was above and beyond my expectations. I was hired on permanent with-in a month of beginning the temp position. I recommend using WSi and having Jesse as an account manager if you are looking for a healthcare position!

Forget trolling the want ads and job boards! You're competing with an unknown number of people all hustling for the same position that might end up being the wrong one for you. WSi has relationships with some of the biggest and best healthcare clients in the area. Getting a foot in the door with some of them is near impossible, but with help from Josh and Diane, your dream job may be closer than you think! Stop wasting time! I've been working for WSI for over a year and they truly care about the balance of life and work. I have been an ER nurse for over 20 years and wanted to get out of the hospital setting and to have someone respect my wishes and not push me because they have more needs in hospitals than stand alone clinics that goes a long way for me. Having been a traveler for 8 years I decided to bring it closer to home and just do local agency.
