Very disappointed. Asked about training programs. Was told fiscal year over and they have nothing. Asked about a typing test/certificate. Was told person that handles it gone home. POSSIBLY be back tomorrow. Asked about food handling card assistance. Sorry not doing that either. More staff sitting their doing nothing than people needing help, other than the nice lady who assists you to see what you need.

Google shows these offices as open to the public but, the doors were locked and the parking lot was empty when I got there this afternoon (8/17/20). There were workers working inside. The doors had flyers posted stating all Job Connect offices will be closed until further notice. They closed to the public beginning March 18th, 2020.

Ms. Felicia B. was extremely helpful. I spent a little over 2 hours here but I'm happy the worker that helped me was really nice, patient and helpful. I received all the things I needed, which I'm really grateful for. Plan to come a before they open the doors so you can be first in line. I came at 6:30am because I was in the area at the time and didn't want to drive all the way home just to have to drive back.
Even though I was the first one here, I was like the tenth in line because I stayed in my car with the AC until 8am because my kids were with me. There was a line forming outside which didn't matter because other people came and stood next to the door to rush in before the people who came earlier. So come earlier than 8 and stand right next to the entrance to get in first.
