I have worked with Long's for over 20 years either as a employee or as an employer looking for job candidates. They have always been very responsive to my needs. Last month, I registered with Long's looking for a job. I was employed fulltime within 2 weeks with a great company earning the salary I needed. I really appreciate everyone at Long's because they work as a team. And definitely a shout out to Kathryn for giving me the hookup!

It was a pleasure working with Long's Human Resource Service during my employment search. Kathryn was very professional and knowledgeable. She was quick respond to emails and calls. I would recommend working with her if you're searching for employment.

This office discriminate on so many levels. They never return yoyr calls, lie and does not keep in contact with potential employees. I've been trying to contact them for 3 weeks about job postings and no one ever calls me back. If you are educated and knowledgeable in your profession do not contact this employment agency for employment. Their website is a facade and if you are not their friend or white you are wasting your time.

This company really helped me out a lot. I would recommend Long's Human Resource to anybody. I was laid off from my job due to Covid and I went to them. I ended up getting a job through another company. But that wasn't the end of the story. My recruiter with them, Kathryn, still looked for jobs that she thought would be a right fit for me. I was a able to get a better job with more pay because of the dedication they have to helping people find the right job.

If you are ever in need of a job, Nikki M., is your lady! She has assisted me over the years through every transition throughout my career. She's very responsive, thorough, and meets your needs the best she can!

Long's Human Resource Services was able to secure my employment with a world renown employer in the great Mobile area. Kathryn from Long's was able dedicate her hours and days in negotiations and communication with the employer leading up to my final contract offer.

I was finishing up 11 years in the Air Force and she helped not only match but exceed my pay and benefits. I became even more impressed with Long's and Kathryn after I was hired, because I found out just how stiff the competition really was, and just how many applicants the company goes through and there was Kathryn who was able to help seal the deal on my behalf. Coming from the public sector I was a little nervous about finding employment in the private sector, but the transition was without hiccups and my family and I are forever grateful for their services rendered.

What an AMAZING experience I had with Long's Recruiter Nikki Mitchell. I so appreciate her time and effort that was spent to get me established with a wonderful employer. Everything (online application, emails for interviews, new hire instructions, on-boarding orientation) was handled so quickly and professionally by everyone that I had an interaction with at this office location. I have nothing but great things to say about Long's. Kathryn truly cares about the people she places. She has a talent beyond just matching applicants with employers, she is able to tune into the psychological needs of both sides. I've thoroughly enjoyed the projects she has placed me on.

Put in an application and was called in an Interview for warehouse and customer service positions. Two months later nothing. I called a few times got Alecia's voice mail but no return calls. Didn't work out for me at all. Should have at least got a call back with constructive criticism of why they weren't interested in sending me out on a job.
