I originally interviewed with WES's client first, in response to an opening I found on Indeed. Upon conclusion of my interview, the client said he'd hire me, but directed me to WES as they hire all their employees through them. I scheduled my appointment with WES. In the meantime, I filled out all the paperwork online. When I showed up at WES, I signed everything I filled out online, did a drug test, had an orientation and was out of there in about an hour.
After that, I went to work. WES provided a fast, simple experience compared to other employment agencies. I highly recommend to anyone to check out WES if you're trying to find work!

Response: In other words, WES is just one of those countless agencies where you spend an hour plus filling out paperwork etc. Then, once you leave, you never hear from again. How '90's. Believe it or not, most contemporary agencies take a more proactive approach by consistently contacting you when they have openings that match your skill set (i.e.--Resources MFG, WorkBox Staffing, ad infinitum). Also--Contact you once a month?

Today, if you can't find a decent job within a few days for an applicant with even just an average work history, you need to close your business Original Post: Sure, you could bring your resume into Williamson's. You could also flush it down a toilet. Regardless, the effect will be the same. However, if you flush your resume down the toilet you'll save yourself some valuable time.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful even though i called repeatedly about how many hours i had in. My placement was fast and effortless. I seen the ad, walked in, and started working the same week. Now my 520 hours worked are up and i am a full employee for the company i was sent to. Thanks to everyone at williamson employment.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I highly recommend to recieve in writing the confirmation of a new job assignment from the manager before accepting an assignment from this employment agency, especially Melissa. After supposedly receiving an assignment & 2-3 assurances that we were good to go & after leaving the job I had, it wasn't so, it wasn't verified & the assurances of starting the new assignment was completely false. I wish I would had been given the respect & honesty that I gave to them during the application & interview process. It was a real waste of a week I could've spent working.
