ICIMS

Our company fills 8-10 positions each month and we were told ICIMS could help us not only attract talent, but track and process them throughout the hiring process. We signed a 3 year contract at almost 100k. It has been over 1 year and we receive a mere 0-3 resumes for most of the jobs we post. The few resumes that come in are never qualified. We pay ICIMS $2500 month, but reap no benefit from their system! ICIMS will not let us out of the contract and claim that INDEED has become "greedy" and keeps changing the algorithms so that jobs sweeped to INDEED from them just don't show up in searches.

We would like to get out of this contract as it is not living up to everything we were promised. We still have to post our jobs on ICIMS only to post to our website for internal candidates. This is unnecessary work as we must also post/pay for ZipRecruiter and INDEED as well. It does not work for tracking applicants as no solid candidates ever come from ICIMS.

We would like out of their contract because it is not working as promised and honestly just not working at all for us. They have taken a hard line agains letting us out of the contract and want to keep taking our money for no services received.

Super rude staff, especially within IT Management. Not people you want to deal with or work for if you can avoid it!

Great place to work. Collaborative, energetic team members. Great compensation, benefits, and time off policy.

I'm sure your a hard working company with hard working individuals But your websites for employment seekers is absolutely horrible, among everyone I've asked have all claimed. "When I see icims website logo the position health benefits or the salary has no effect whatsoever yes salary location what ever convenience that position is offering I close the window and on to the next job as if it's been lost in oblivion or completely erased from my memory I never seen it that's what type of nightmare your subject to competing icims application"

I have, literally, never filled out an ICIMS form that actually worked. This entire brand is a demonstration of the fact that, with a sufficient market foothold, you can operate at a 100% failure rate and still be a major player in your field.

ICims is a great company, wonderful product, historic building (it's where they figured out the big bang theory apparently). This is a review of their location though, not the product. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because - even though the building was one of the key research facilities for phones & development of mobile technology (Bell Labs Research) - the building has virtually no phone reception. At least on the ground floors. So, super cool, great history, just tough to communicate with outside people while you're there!

This company is in a beautiful building, has great people, has good food, and there is also free shuttle to the train transit station. Really enjoyed my experience as an intern here.

My advice to the company.be honest! Harvest some of the morals and values you have on the wall. To everyone else. BEWARE. Most of the reviews online are from (you guessed it) iCIMS. The shady company has great self promotion. Most (90%) of the sales team and account managers are gone. Imagine a totally new workforce every few years? They intentionally run you into the ground. Overall, I had a terrible experience with my snarky manager up to the CEO Colin.

Every single person is a backstabber. The result is a twisted reality that the workers have to face daily. Who is next to go? Get written up? Go on a performance plan? My advice. Find something stable for your future. This is not the place.

Which kind of service you are providing and talking about?, I have to change my password every time I need to login to any website under your technical support, it has been a while and no body call back or help to solve my applying issue, please take care of your business better than that.

This company sucks I tried applying through them with a valid email address which according to them is not valid. I made several attempts to reach them via phone and was unable to speak to anyone. And the 800 number on the site apparently is the wrong number According to the sales rep that I spoke to.
