PeopleShare is the only temp agency I know with no benefits at all. No sick days and no holiday pay. Other temp agencies will have up to vacation time if you work with them long enough. So pray you don't get sick and hope your company your working for hires because most companies will string you along as long as they can. I've seen temps that have worked for companies for over a year and they're still waiting to get hired. You have no control.

PeopleShare as a company is very shady and unprofessional. The front desk receptionist Brittany is the worst. She lacks professional behavior and is rude to people she does not know. She is the first experience a customer ( applicant) has with PeopleShare. I would say she needs training and coaching to understand and respect the people she deals with.
I dealt with Brian who was super nice- cannot say the same about a 'Joe' who called. Their forms I-9 which specifically states that the applicant does not need to fill it out BEOFRE the day of the job or without a valid job offer- they made me sign the I-9 stating that was company policy where the USCIS website states the below: Your employer MAY NOT: "Demand that you show specific documents because of your national origin, ethnicity, immigration or citizenship status, race, color, religion, age, gender or disability, or because of any other protected characteristic.
For example, your employer may not: Request that you show a document issued by the Department of Homeland Security because you are not a U.S. citizen. Require U.S. passports from new employees who "sound foreign" and claim U.S. citizenship." I felt very uneasy and uncomfortable with the agency and will not be going back again to them. I would advise anyone to question why they make you sign the I-9 before they even have a job for you.

I have a very solid and consistent work history and a very strong resume, yet Peopleshare of Pottstown was no help whatsoever. Actually seemed like they were too busy to be bothered with helping me at all. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I found another temp agency in KOP that placed me somewhere immediately.
