Ok I'm giving it 3 stars because i mean they do get jobs. But they always "temporary" they don't offer stable long term jobs. The girls have been nice to me not gonna lie. Other people say they rude, but not with me they been super nice to me never rude. But like i said 3 stars because they have told me they have stable long term positions available then they send me somewhere and it turns out it's a one or two day job. I can't have that anymore. I mean who can survive with working two days? Nobody.!

They were nice to me help me fill out my application and I am going to work tomorrow

Pirate Staffing sure came through to help me out. I needed a small force, quick. I was outnumbered and was at high risk of being pillaged. In less than an hour, I had 3 decksmen, a first mate, and a captain. The Captain even brought his own parrot. The whole raid took much less time than I planned for, which left time for a few shanties. No complaints here.

All da gurls there are nice and friendly and have gotten me a good full time job monday tru friday, in other agencies it was always part time and only a few days what they would find me, not here at pirate its been full time monday thru friday which works perfect for me since im off saturdays n sundays, Dont know what everyones complaining about. Nobody has been rude to me ever here!

The ladies here are nice and professional, they helped me get a job twice. I really appreciate you ladies thank you for all the work you do for us. I might be coming back soon since I'm not working anymore.

This is bullshit and false advertisement. I got very excited and thought I finally found a place to safely and easily order a pirate for the day. But it has nothing to do with pirates. Oh well back to craigslist to find me a pirate. Arrrrrr.

This is the ideal agency for you if you're a felon convict (no kind of background checks or job verifications done), broke ass poor (all jobs are minimum wage), or have absolutely NO skills (even if you're a nurse, pay is minimum wage). The company website is shit and doesn't even show their hours of operation. Customer service EVEN IN THE OFFICE, DOESN'T EXIST.

They are totally ONLY attentive to how many bodies they can get to shit pay work. They are a "we don't care whatcha do, just come work for us and don't ask any questions". Again. Unless you're a felon or desperate, DON'T EVEN GO THERE.

Unprofessional, why fill out paper work if the agency is just going to ignore your wishes. I had stated I had only wanted a full time position, I get a call*(mind you after months of persistently calling in for work)* for a position I come down within a 30 min notice, the lady then begins to explain the position is for One day. & gets extremely rude after I reiterate that I wanted a full time long term position. Wasted time, & gas and anxiety getting there dressed professionally in a 30 min notice, being that I live 25 mins away from the agency.

Extremely unprofessional workers. I have experience, a strong work ethic and the ability to speak 2 languages fluently, plus other accomplishments and such and they go off a basis of "well call you if anything comes up." Im not sure thats how it works so if you dont want to PERSONALLY give me a job i wont beg you for one. This agency runs on low-quality workers that get upset at you then give you a bunch of attitude. Thanks anyways.

Do not waste your time at the Chula Vista location. They will let you waste your time filling out an application knowing full well they are not going to help you get a job. Horrible place to find a job. They will only get you jobs no one else wants.

People don't work for agency, work for big companies like coca cola they are paying 20 an hour, and they work a lot of houre. Around 10 -16 hours Monday to Friday to do order's. I went to this place -.- not worth it.

This place sucks. Its all family they always try to boss you around and get you in trouble for little stupid things. But when the family sleeps around they don't get benched fk that by far worst agency ever!

Chula Vista pirate staffing This place is bad because it hires nothing but ex convicts and makes you make a phone call to get money for hiring you from the government. I moved from Denver and begged them for work but never considered me my sister in law told me that her friend use to work there and she got fired after coming back from maternity leave.

One more thing they have gone thru so many managers in 2 years Alberto was nice but he got tired of the bullshit that Bob henderson put him through then they hired Rick Anderson and he was just unhappy too then they hired a young kid that was an asshole to all the workers and thought he was smarter then everyone he quit Stay away from This place! It's a joke for real

Worst job agency ever! i came exactly at the time they told me to come and then they said it was earlier, i asked twice at what time to the lady in the front desk and she told me at 6:30 am and it was suppose to be at 5:30 am i wasted my time i was there for 2 hours and no job for me! i wasted my time and my gas to get to this place and on top of that the people that get you the job look at you with no respect like they think they're Superior, don't waste your time here, there's better agency's than this

I went to the Chula Vista office. At first glance, it seems a bit underwhelming. Seems like a big place for a small company. Regardless the people there were nice and guided me through the process. I worked a job that payed 9.25 hr plus overtime for a couple days that was delivering flowers during Valentines day weekend. They payed by check after the work day. My experience was different from the other reviews.

The women working there feel like if their superior than everyone that comes and asks for a job. This place is also dirty, dark, and has very unprofessional secretaries.

My fiancee works at pirate staffing they are worse pos out there!. They immdiately make you feel like shit. They make you beg to find a job hey dont worry about the hours, dont worry about the lack of training and dont worry about being safe on the work place theyre great 8 bucks an hour compensation is terrific while the office hordes your profit!

My fiancee worked 3 days each 10 hrs barely getting a 100 bucks not even close. I give pirate staffing a hand though they know how to make money while not giving a shit bout anyone else and not even sweating the hard work

This place is horrible. They treat you like crap the moment you walk through the door. They get paid $17 an hour to employ you and only give you a worthless $8 for back breaking work. They brag about how OSHA safe they are but lack every quality OSHA really has. I am OSHA trained and certified. Trust me. It's a matter of time before somebody dies working for these lames. Don't put yourself and your safety in people who could care less about you. The front desk guy in the afternoon is the only decent person in there.

Worthless, they treat you like walking crap as soon as you pass through the door. I thought these places were supposed to help people instead of discourage them. I'll go work for a fast food place before I look to Pirate Staffing for anything.
