This place is professional & works with you. They had a office position I felt was better fitted for my friend so I passed it on to her. Talmo is pretty cool & friendly I recommend em(Eve). After 30 days of your referral person working there they'll cut you a check for a hundee$.Not to shabby.

Talmo is one of the best staffing agencies out there for the area of Southern California! The professionalism from all the staffing, especially a gentleman named Ami shows they care not only for the community! But also in getting you placed in the right setting and employment! 10/10 would recommend!

Talmo is honestly the BEST agency ever. I submitted my resume to Patty ( who is the sweetest lady ) and within the week, I had about 4 interviews! I originally was hesitant to work with an agency, but I am happy I did. I am currently at a job that I love. Thank you to Patty and Kim, they are so much help and down to earth people. They made the process so easy and always had a smile on their faces. **For any bad reviews on here, please ignore them and remember Talmo is not a miracle worker. You have to WANT to work and do not expect a $20/h job with ZERO experience! **

Talmo is one of the best agencies I've dealt with. I came across Talmo through an indeed ad. Kim responded to me within hours of submitting my application. I met with her the next day to fill out applications & to take some typing tests. A couple hours after meeting with Kim, she called me back with a job interview! I was able to start work the following week and am now hired through the company she set me up with. She checked up on me regularly to make sure everything was alright. This is probably the best recruiter in the South Bay! If anyone is looking for jobs I will definitely recommend Talmo. They provided me with multiple opportunities and ultimately make my decision on which job offers to take oppose to other recruiter whom just present your resume without giving you enough information on that job listing. I have worked with different job agency's before and this one is one of the best. My recruiter was Kim and she was very helpful. I went in and applied and within 1 hour she had already scheduled an interview for me. I went to the interview and started the job and within 4 months I was hired on with the company. Thru out the 4 months Kim was always there to answer any questions I had for her. I would definitely recommend this Agency to my friends and family.

So I quit my job on a brink because I could no longer deal with the graveyard shift, I found Talmos add on Craigslist and sent my resume. Patty contacted me and had me come in to meet with her. She was very professional and told me about a position I'd be great for, she sent out my resume that day and when she didn't hear back from that company the following day she found another one for me to interview with. I started working the very next day! I'd definitely recommend this agency and especially Patty to anyone in need of a good job with good pay.

I see many negative and terrible reviews in regards to this employment agency, I, on the other hand, give this agency a 5 star. I met nothing but wonderful gracious generous people there. Joi, who is my representative, landed me a one time interview and I was hired immediately. I think this agency is great and I think everyone should give them a try and give them a chance to search something for you because they will actually look for you. I been to many agencies prior to Talmo and all they do is ramble. Talmo is the real deal.

One of the best talent agencies for the logistics industry, I see a few negative reviews about pay. You get paid what your worth, show them that your worth the pay, and they will place you accordingly. I went in knowing logistics, not just thinking about pay, as I freshly quit my high stress position at another forwarder. I was easily placed at the first interview i went to.

Not only did they get me into the forwarder I wanted to work at, the pay was fair. I would get weekly calls from my agent, after 30 days you accrue sick time, its great. Patty at Talmo was quite courteous over the phone and in person. If you go in with 1-3 years experience your still considered entry level. Try going in with 10 years and tell me you dont get 12 interview in 2 weeks.

This place is a joke! I was looking for a full time employment and came across to this place. I was excited when they contacted and offered me a position that I wanted in LAX as a logistics and transportation assistant. The lady in the phone offered me promising opportunity and more, so she and I set a date for an interview. Before I came in I looked them up in YELP, as you can see they have plenty of bad reviews, but I was feeling optimistic and I didn't want more than one bad reviews ruining my expectation, so I a carried on.

I came in the front door told the lady that I have an appointment and she told me to wait outside. I must have waited more than 10 minutes and buzzed myself again. I told the lady ( By the way there is no front desk to greet you!) that I have been waiting for at least 10 minutes. Then finally she buzzed me in, but I could tell they forgot that someone has been waiting outside the office.

When I spoke to Alma Bose, one of the staff in the company, she didn't seem to keen on giving me too much information about the company and turns out the position only pays $11. She reasoned that it depends on the experience. I call it BS! I know how much that position pays in the market with or without the experience. Then she has the nerve to tell me to wear an earrings on the interview! like an earrings will land me the $11 job! Gees, slaving at HOOTERS probably pays more! Good luck getting paid at least $16 through this agency! otherwise, this place is a waste of time.
