To address turnover, look at more than just wages - look at the entire employee lifecycle. HTI knows the workplace. We began as a professional recruiting firm in 1999. Since then, we've come to realize that it's not just about filling jobs - it's about the people. It's about creating intention throughout an employee's lifecycle. From how your organization is perceived by the community, to your onboarding process and succession planning - we know the workplace and we know people. Candidates have the power now.

We are committed to setting an example for other employers - to be a place people want to work. The average person will spend 90,000 hours at work over a lifetime. That's why we're committed to making HTI a place you want to be - a place you want to spend that much time. The year was 1999 - Herb, John & David put all their cards on the table, for fear that Y2K would be the end of times.
Each person plays a critical role in your organization - from entry level employees to your most tenured executives. A people-centric culture sets the tone for an engaged and committed workforce. Or, do they become a topic of conversation when there is a "fire" - i.e., high turnover. Having intentional, regular conversations about your employees is critical to the success of your organization.
HTI began as a professional technical recruiting service in 1999, and this remains at our core. Our team of expert recruiters begin the vetting process by learning your business to gain a better understanding of your organization and jobs you need filled. Then, we work to attract and select the right candidate for your jobs and the right fit your organization.
When a need arises for flexibility in your workforce, HTI works with your team to determine the critical success factors for hiring the right associate for your facility. From there, we design a recruiting plan, build performance benchmarks, and manage the process for the life cycle of the assignment.

Had to wait till Ms. Cailey Ford contact me about a job that took nearly three weeks for her to contact me and I had to contact another recruiter because I was upset about how I literally about to get kicked out of the streets because I trusted this company about the job at teknor apex. Well here it is the 3rd week and get told by Josh the manager (which I drove up there) that I will have to wait another week to start because of the holidays and nobody did not relay that message to me so I told them to take my name off the list.
This is frustrating and I had put off three job opportunities to trust them into getting hired asap just like Cailey said and now my family about to be put out on the streets

Wife Gos in for ZF job. First time they tell her to come up to finish things. We go up there and they say sorry we don't have it set up right now. Okay cool. Ended up being a misunderstanding on there end. Reschedule for a Friday at 9:30 am. Get there and no one is there. Tried the doors. Tried calling and texting the recruiter. Nothing! Sat there for an hour and no one showed up. Another person tried the same thing and left. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Who would want to work for that? You can't even be reliable to get people in!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value No one answers the phone or returns calls. They also don't like to pay you for the time you work. THREE times now I've had to fight to get my paycheck, because their time clock was messed up. I am reporting them to the labor board for this. It's a week before Christmas and I can't even get the money I've already earned.

Don't go with this company! Very rude and unprofessional I was sent out to work at ZF Transmissions was there going on 2months I was a very good and hard worker even the supervisor Patty notice and moved me on her main team a week before I was fired by that same supervisor I was told to be expected to get hired on with the company. So Story is They have a no phone policy ok fine everyone there keep their phones in their pockets.
I was warned 1 time about my phone no I wasn't on it I had a alarm set to take birth control it went off and I pulled it out to stop the alarm and put it right back in my pocket at the same time a team leader seen it. so fwd to the day I was fired the short period of time I was there I had dropped my phone from out my pocket so many times I cracked my screen mostly on this one Machine 062 so when I was assigned that one I started putting my phone in a whole of some snap rings hanging on the side ok so the last day I was there that's where my phone was so as the line was not moving at the time my phone started vibrating from a phone call I rush to stop it because remember it was on the inside of metal rings it was loud as I'm stopping the phone call Mrs. Patty was walking past and seen me came up behind me and said something to me about my phone I said why I had it in there of course she didn't care so as she left I pick it up to put it back in my pocket like she said i see a message from my daddy's wife notifying me that my grandpa was found that morning deceased in his home.
I got off the line asked the other supervisor could I go make a phone call even showed her the message I had just received she said yes that's was fine so talked to my family when I should of just left I was trying to be dedicated to that job and stayed even did my job while crying on the line not knowing I was fired she never told me I was fired till after the work day I got a phone call from Someone at the HTI office telling me I was being fired over a phone!
Not lack of work not that I was late not that I didn't do my job I was fired over a phone! I do not recommend this Staffing company to no one very rude and you can never get in touch with no one at the office when you need them but they was so quick to call me to fire me. oan this the same lady I was trying to get in touch with that same day about my grandpa she never called me back that day even the supervisor emailed her I didn't get a call back till after work getting fired.
They used me knowing I was fired! This company lie and say it's Mon-Fri I worked 6-7 days never had a weekend off then they have $15 a hr but when your about to start the job they tell you it's $13 a hr. they lie to people and say 1st shift that you will be working not telling you ZF only Train on 1st when you get hired on they put you on 2nd or 3rd No exceptions you get put on a waiting list of workers who has been hired on and want to go back to first shift and I asked a few workers who waited years to get back on 1st

This place is pretty unprofessional. They charge you for a background check and your drug screen and 5 shirts. Thats pretty pathetic. These clowns will also constantly mess your check up. So you ll have to wait a whole week before you get the right amount on your check. They lie about everything they do. Bait and switch with these guys. Get you in for one job and hire you for another.
Save yourself the hassle and stress and go elswhere. They pray on people being desperate for a job they really dont care at all about the worker. You never be able to get ahold of anyone either.

Very professional and friendly staff. If you follow the procedures, it's a fairly smooth process. They explained what was needed to have before coming to orientation, and then explained the waiting process to start working upon background check. They communicated via phone and email about start date and time as well as what was needed on the 1st day of work.
During a payroll issue, it was explained that the client site had a system issue, which was confirmed by them, and worked very quickly to get the matter taken care of to get employees paid.

This place is terrible to work for. I was fired after one day of work. I have ruined a perfectly good shirt and wasted money on decent work boots in the process for nothing. I do not understand what I was did wrong. The supervisor and trainer were friendly enough but I was still let go by the temp hiring agency the next day. They told me I would have to wait a whole year before I could be hired by them again. Be weary of this place. They do not have your back.
