My experience with VIP staffing was very enjoyable and ended successfully with a great job offer. Tony Salazar was a highly effective staffer. After applying for a position, he reached out and gave me much needed information about the company. He was able to quickly prepare me for interviews, and managed all the communication between myself and the prospective employer. Tony was engaged throughout the entirety of the process, and certainly was instrumental in me being given a fantastic opportunity. VIP is a 5 Star Staffing Company. I have several assignment starting December 2017 which is first contact with Cora. Cora is awesome. She will go above and beyond. My last assignment was January 2021. This is when I met Jahmiylah. These ladies will work diligently for you. You checked in and they will try to matchh you. I recommend contacting VIP. I have been with VIP for about a year and some months now I've only had three assignments long term at that I have been offered positions but I have opted to stay a temp and they understand that. They don't pressure you to take a job and I like that. They keep me busy so I don't worry to much about being out of work. They can pretty much pair anyone with the right skills with the right job. Miss Marikka and Miss Cora are two great people to work for so I guess I can say I have a job, THKS VIP.

It was literally the next day that they called me. I had applied for Amazon jobs the same day, but VIP responded to me next day. I ended up loving and thriving at the position that they originally ascribed me too and I became a natural manager at the position. The desk manager at the facility is so helpful and so kind and such a people person that I recommend this place to anyone. She can make them feel welcome. I've worked with VIP Staffing and had a really great experience. They are very professional, thorough in the interview process and explain the details and expectations of the job interview in advance. This gives the applicant amble time to prepare for the interview and make a better impression on the client.
