I have had nothing but the best service and attention here had conversations over the phone with Jillian and Ashley as well as one on one meetings with Ashley and recieved nothing but the best very professional and informative and good vibes and great energy very thorough and concern for my well being and my peace of mind I would and will suggest this company and these individuals to any and all people needing help and guidance in finding a great fit for their career! I first contacted Terra on a Friday, and everyone I spoke with was excellent! Not one person with Terra was a disappointment. By the next Wednesday (5 days later), I started working a full time temp to hire job, and love it! Ashley Virgilio at the Mesa, AZ office worked with my new employer and myself and handled everything perfectly. I've been out of manufacturing for many years, working in another industry.
I thought it would be difficult to return, but Ashley made it simple. Every detail is considered and handled. Questions are answered in minutes. If you want a strong partner in your job search, I would strongly recommend working with Terra, and if in Mesa, working with Ashley!

Terra Staffing is low key. ONE of the BEST when it comes to clutch and accurate agencies to work with out in AZ. My personal favorite is Ashley, she's a nonstop lady with crazy work ethic. Ashley got my application, found me even better than expected spots for work, and definitely communicative with clients like myself. So all in all, keep it real, you'll get the sense of awareness so bring good energy!

Worst experience ever! They didn't contact me as soon as possible when the company didn't receive the urine sample, they only did it because I contact them about the my bank routing number and account number which they seem to forget to ask when I first came. It takes me 2 hours to come and go back home. All of the troubles I'm having because of their mismanagement and the person in charge is Christina. I will give 0 star if I can.

The staff there Definitely puts your needs for employment 1ST..Walked in explained my situation background and all and I went on an interview the next. False job advertising. Job was listed for tempe location, but was actually in East Mesa. Made you came in to sign paperwork and that was it. They gave me a test kit for the drug test, but after I was done, they just threw it in the trash. Did they even do it right? I dont know. Maybe I am not familiar with this procedure, but I feel like something is not right here.
They have limited job listings as well, so if you really want a job posted on their website, make sure everything is accurate before driving to their place.just to do a quick drug test!

While I wasn't necessarily looking for a job, I had just started a position with a new employer when Jill from TERRA Staffing called me to see if I was interested in a possible managerial position with a well known company. I am glad I took Jill's call because not only did I interview with the company, I was offered the position and start on Monday, 3/23.
I cannot say enough about Jill. She was there for me every step of the way and offering feedback where she could and staying in touch with the employer for me. I cannot recommend the TERRA Staffing Group enough! This company and more specifically Jill, has altered the trajectory of my career and I am grateful for that.

The best experience with A staffing agency by far. This Agency is the best Staffing Company I have had the privilege of finding. Very professional, best employers. Great opportunities, as well as wonderful Agents. They found me A job that fit my schedule and skills. Agent Rayne and Taylor conducted the hiring process with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Great staffing agency for job opportunity's if u are willing to work hard. Everybody that works there is very helpful and super awsome to work with. Terra was awesome the time I worked for them they always offered me good jobs with god pay as well. If it wasn't for the assignment I was on @ sun orchard I wouldn't of got the welding opportunity I am in now. Great place for work if ur a hard worker and show up on time. If u are looking for temp to hire or even temp services this is the place to go to 100%. Thank u again guys.

This place offers you jobs that are not good. The companies that they have to offer such as Sun orchard and rorher Corp have high turnover rates so you know they are bad companies to work for. Also I have had issues with their payroll. I can't seem to get paid on time. Do yourself a favor and don't bother to apply.

I got there and all the staff members were in a meeting. I patiently waited for 35 minutes to no avail. I was looking for something in mid to upper level supervision and management. So I called the office when I left and found that they didn't have anything to fit my job description. When I initially made the appointment I was told they were very interested in my resume and had some possible positions approximately 3 weeks ago before I moved out of Florida. Professionally speaking I do not recommend this company.

They are very unprofessional. They told me I had a job that started Monday. I cancelled another interview because I found employment. I called today to get contact information and they told me I did not get the job. They were non apologetic. And they had no plans to let me know it was cancelled. Had I not called I would have made a 2 hour commute at 3am for nothing
