HireSafe is now situated in Elk Grove, California, but the firm was established in the heart of Silicon Valley. This fertile location was popular in the past for it's fruit crops, and is now famous as the technology capitol of the world. It was in the once a quiet town of San Jose that the famous Firato's Delicatessen was opened by Carlo Firato in 1922, now a registered national sightseeing. That tradition of service and dedication to detail is still the beacon of navigation for Data Research Network and HireSafe into this century.
The opening of this firm was the vision of Mr. Firato, who recognized the change in hiring trends inherent to the 21st century. Most of those trends included the increase in frequency and size of judgments from liability-based lawsuits against work offerers who failed to make their due diligence during the hiring procedure.

Alfred Armand Firato
President
Mr. Firato started his career sweeping and stocking the Delicatessen shelves when he was 10. He has studied at the San Jose State University, and is a certified California Private Investigator (PI #25313). Before starting Data Research Network, Inc., Mr. Firato had an 18 year career with Minolta Corporation as a Senior Account Executive in the Photographic Division. He is the proud father of five daughters and lives with his wife and their child in Elk Grove, CA.
