If your looking for an agency that actually cares about YOU this is NOT the place for you. Julie and Cheyenne are some disrespectful girls. They will put you on hold for Atleast 10 minutes and not even pick up the phone. Cheyenne really said to me "Your telling me you won't work for 10hrs at this job but are willing to work 12hrs at another job", and I told her the reason I couldn't work at the job she placed me was the hours there. So yea, don't rely on them for good customer service because their not for you, their for themselves. :

I was referred to Exact Staff by Angel C. and since COVID it had been a struggle trying to find an employment agency that really cared and took the time to get to know me and the career path I was trying to find in Fresno. The staff was knowledgeable and the application process was safe and secure. Which I truly appreciated. I did have to visit the office for a drug screen, which went well and I felt very safe at the location.

I came to Fresno with no job or any networking. I wasn't sure on what to do because I only had so much money to go on and needed a job fast. I stumbled upon this place and met Yuliana, she was super kind and patient and was able to get me a job quickly. Thanks to Exact staff for helping me find employment! Honestly I wasn't expecting too much, I mean they are a temp Agency. But as soon as I walked into their office, I knew they weren't a run of the mill temp place. The ladies were very friendly, and they hooked me up with a job almost right away. My contact sandra has been on the ball, helping step by step to get a job. Overall I'm quite pleased with my experience.

I had sent my resume to Melissa and she called me right away with a couple of interviews. I was surprised at how fast she responded. Now I'm at a new place and not stuck at my old job and really happy now where I am. I really appreciate Exact Staffs help and quick response. Usually at other temp places, I don't hear back for months. I really recommend Exact Staff if you are searching for employment.

I was in desperate need for a job, and after some networking with friends I was introduced to Angel Castrutia from Exact Staff in Fresno. Angel offered to make a phone call to the Exact Staff near my home town to help me find a job. By the next day I was at my local Exact Staff with a job ready for me because of Angel. I have worked off and on with Exact Staff for several years. Every time I find myself down on my luck I would reach out to Exact Staff and they would find employment for me. As of late, I have worked indirectly with Julio for a few months. Julio has amazing people skills, he is very cooperative and very helpful. He keeps the big picture in mind, he looks for the best candidates for the particular positions. I have recommended several people to Julio and they have been happy.
