Proven ability to foster relationships with all levels of hiring professionals seeking to onboard talent within a diverse array of job titles. Janice started off her career as a Career Services Assistant with a local college. From here, she steadily advanced into various roles to include Recruiting Assistant, Recruiter, Sr, Recruiter, Branch Manager and Director of Recruiting. In addition, Janice has also worked in a vendor-neutral Managed Service Provider capacity (MSP) where she managed and audited multiple staffing agencies who were contracted to recruit candidates for a global and multi-faceted employer. Janice is a Generalist Sr. Recruiter who sources and places candidates across multiple disciplines and at various levels. Although she demonstrates a strong technical background and utilizes the traditional recruitment tools, Janice also understands that it is critical to be able to think outside of the box and engage unique sourcing efforts.
