I've been on the job hunt for a while and Andrea reached out to me on LinkedIn willing to help. I've been in contact with 3 people who work there: Andrea, Stephanie, and Spencer. They are all wonderful people, very kind, as well as responsive which is super important in looking for a job. I've enjoyed working with them, they have all been extremely helpful amidst this pandemic.

There have been other companies that were not so great, made me feel like I'm a paycheck but with MK Personnel I feel like they actually care about my future. They have my full endorsement.

MK Personnel is such a great agency. I have worked with agencies in the past and no one compares. I worked with Skylar and he was SO helpful, professional, & his communication was great. I also got the opportunity of being a temp office receptionist at MK (before landing a permanent position with a great firm) and had the great pleasure of meeting the team in entirety.

Everyone there is on their A Game - the recruiters and team really care about placing you in a new role and that is so hard to find in agencies. I got an interview with a company after only 3 weeks of working with Skylar and got the position. To summarize, MK is overall GREAT & you will not be disappointed

Decent communicators and will help you when you need it. They were amicable and worked with me even when I abruptly left the job I was at, but what I cannot forgive them for is when I was able to get insurance, they sent this note: "Due to short notice, January's insurance was deducted in full.for all hourly and salaried staff." They took 3/4 my entire paycheck with no warning. It was supposed to be a weekly thing but they took an ENTIRE MONTH up front. I didn't get paid a lot to begin with so that was fun.

Andrea reached out immediately after submitting my resume. Guided me through the application process and educated me on what to expect, next. Super sweet and informative. Stephanie & Oliver great recruiters " intentional" to learn about your experience and career goals. Do not rush you away, provide you with constructive feedback. It went well. However, they never discussed the opportunity I applied for until I mentioned it. I arrived directly from another meeting. The application asked for some personal information which I left off. They did make a copy of my driver's license. Parking is a bit difficult to access due to traffic. Even if I dont hear from at least it's good practice. I spoke with front receptionist, main recruiter & then another recruiter who handles clients looking for candidates.

The first time I met with the recruiters I was very excited about working with them and was told they would be in contact. Never heard anything until 2 months later when I was emailed regarding two open positions and to come in for an interview. Went in filled out the same paperwork, and interviewed with the same recruiter and was never considered for the position nor would she discuss it.

I was told they would be in contact. 2 months later I was emailed regarding another position and they would like to meet with me. I go into the office to fill out paperwork for the 3rd time and meet with recruiters again as if it was my first time, only to be told that my experience did not match the position that was emailed to me and they would be in contact regarding more opportunities.

I will not be working with this agency again. It has been a complete waste of time. Atleast have the proper documentation to know who you have interviewed and met with previously and not have an individual come in multiple times to no avail. Based on my experience and reviews I have read. I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

Terrible! I was excited to meet with the recruiter and get on a good track to starting my career. Came in, had an interview with the recruiter who basically told me with my experience, it would be difficult to find a job outside of the industry I'm already in. Understandable, however she said she would tweek my resume and contact me again. That was over two months ago. Never received a follow up email with my updated resume, nor any other follow ups. If you need a job right away, don't go to MK Personnel.

I won't say who I met with. But we met, went over my resume, what my ideal work environment is, etc. I was told to expect a call early the next week (we met on a Thursday). That was a month ago. I have emailed and messaged on LinkedIn asking for updates and have heard nothing. I was told that they would not ghost me, as many recruiting places do. But alas, they are just like everyone else. A waste of my time.

Awful! I went in for an interview and I thought it went well. Was told by Josh that he would send me edits to my resume before I even made it back to work. Never heard from him again and I emailed him a couple of times. I was even told to somewhat lie on my resume and change the job titles, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. Avoid them at all costs.

I gave up a lunch hour to go to this interview with the hopes of finding a new job and they ghosted me. Even if you don't think I'm a good fit, let me know and don't completely ignore me. Horrible business!

I was excited to be called in for a job interview since I've been laid off from oil & gas, so I filled out their application and was first interviewed by Stephanie who suggested changing 3 words on my resume and that she'd send me the corrections later, which I never got, and informed me that the position I had come in for was no longer available and told me that if I went on an interview to not talk too much and answer only the questions asked. After that, the manager, Elithia interviewed me and she seemed nice and to like me, but said Stephanie is good and would take care of me.still waiting

Well, I was never told how long it would take, I felt like a number and after this review, I'm sure I'll be crossed out if I ever had a chance in the first place. That's not the case at all at other staffing firms I've been to.
