Don't know about other folks who've had problems, but I've used GKG for domain registration for years, for my site for the books I write and for several different nonprofits. When I do have questions I've always been impressed by their customer supports. They're really conscientious and often even follow up a day later to make sure that the solutions they suggest still work. I've recommended them to lots of folks and will continue to do so. Critical: Responsiveness Like other reviews the service goes down all the time. You can NEVER talk to support. The staff that answers the email / phones can not help you, all they say is ill open a ticket with the admin. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but after 3 month with no support / answers I'm done with them.

Our service has been down now for over 48 hours. During that time, we have not been able to receive any emails, and it is killing our business. We are unable to communicate our issue to GKG, as they have only an outgoing message on their phone, and for us, there is no other way to get in touch with them.
