Profiles is an outstanding creative and marketing staffing agency. It's such a shame to see fake reviews try to take down such a great business that helps put people to work in the DC area. Those reviews are left by the same author across many businesses in the area with the same message. Hope they get the help they are looking for. The reviews have been escalated to legal.

I needed assistance finding a job so I decided to reach out to this staffing agency. A lady named Stephanie picked up the phone and told me that she received my application and would soon give me a call back later that day. She stuck to her word and called back, telling me that my resume was great. To my surprise she then asked me what my race was which was African American.

Once I gave her this information she sucked her teeth in disapproval and rushed me off the phone stating that she had a meeting in a few minutes. I patiently waited for the call back and never received it. After an additional week I called back. Another lady again asked for my race and sternly told me that they don't assist "blacks" in the community and hung up the phone. I have no patience for agencies who judge people based on their race. It is disgusting and needs to stop! I WILL NEVER CONTACT THIS AGENCY AGAIN.
