I have to say that Catherine Mitchell is a Godsend. I relocated to the DC area in September and posted my resume on DCJobs. The next day I get a call from Catherine who really took to the time to understand what I was looking for in my career. She also took to the time to make sure I was prepared for my interviews and would follow up regularly. Less than a month later, I was able to secure a position that was exactly what I was looking for. She was a joy to work with and I honestly cannot thank her enough.

So unprofessional. imagine trusting someone to do their job and they reach out to your manager just to say that one of your employees are looking for a job. Smh, not for a reference check but just to be messy

You have better chances of finding a job on indeed and the recruiters do not help you get placed.

Long story. After 10 years with this company as an exceptional talent. This client was new to them and had an high turnover rate with this position. One clients viewpoint caused me to have bad mark on my record with NRI. This was conflicting info of what the client told me. I called agency to ask why I had a bad remark. I felt it was one sided. I talk to the VP and let her know all I went through but that didn't change anything.

I have worked with NRI on and off since 2014, and I have ALWAYS been satisfied with the jobs and with the staff. Kristianna Tyler went above and beyond for me. Whenever I hear someone complaining about their job or not having a job, NRI is the one Staffing Company that I refer them to, they are amazing.

NRI was by far the most willing to work with me not only to find me work, but to find jobs that would further bolster my job skills and improve my resume. My recruiter, Rebecca Mundy, worked hard to narrow down my interests and find assignments that fit my goals. She checked in with me regularly and always took the time to explain the assignments in as much detail as she could.

My account manager, Kristianna, was always helpful with questions regarding my various applications and ongoing assignments. The assignments themselves tended to be administrative in nature but covered a wide range of sectors and responsibilities, which kept the process interesting and relevant to the kind of work that I wanted long term. I finished up with NRI late last year but I've since landed a job in the non-profit world that draws on my experience in both the short and medium term jobs I had with them.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to gain workplace experience, find general direction in their job search, or even just filling the gaps while they are looking for new employment.

This staffing agency is horrible. I tried to return Ann Sheppard call on numerous of occasions initially and there was no response. I decided to call Ann on another phone number and she replied but she kept giving me the run around on multiple of occasions. I read the reviews and thought that I would not run into the problems that most people were. complaining about but I did.

I rarely leave reviews but this one I will leave. This staffing agency is ridiculous. They are fake and rude. They do not care about placing you anywhere. I am beginning to think that they are even racist. Her phone number is 703-658-1705. I spoke to Kristianna Tyler (202- 466-4670) as well, the Account Manager, she is just like Ann.

I had a poor experience with the legal recruiting side of this company. Christine, a recruiter let me know the only time we could meet because I already had a job was 7 am. I attempted to complete the meaningless tests she sent me at the last minute and the endless forms. Because she leaves the office promptly at 3 pm any communication you attempt with her past this point will be pointless.

The job I currently have we are going to trial and there is no way I could also accommodate her last minute demands and be at her office downtown at the break of dawn. If you want candidates who can do over time and hustle you might want to have a recruiter who also can at least try, felt like a complete waste of time. I suggest trying another company.

A total waste of time. Your resume and portfolio means nothing to this company - only their antiquated 'testing' systems (riddled with errors). You could have decades of experience and they'd overlook you on this basis. Many other far superior temp agencies in this general area.

NRI is the best the DC Office is Awesome. But I have to give a special shout out to Catherine Mitchell of the Md office she did a excellent job this Holiday season I was going through a really bad crisis and she went above the call of duty to help me. Thank you so much!

After applying to a few positions on NRI's website, I was thrilled at how quickly I heard back from NRI and was able to meet with an NRI recruiter to further discuss my resume and career interests. I worked with Melissa Peterson, who reviewed my documents thoroughly and genuinely cared about my career goals and interests. Upon receiving a job interview, Melissa sent all the necessary NRI interview prep documents to ensure I would be as prepared as possible for the interview.

After a successful interview and receiving the position shortly thereafter, Melissa has consistently checked in with me, making sure I am pleased with the position and have everything I may need. So far, I am enjoying the position as an Executive Assistant and am happy with my coworkers and the overall work environment at Sufka & Associates. I have been very happy with NRI's work, especially Melissa who has worked directly with me throughout my NRI experience.

I highly recommend NRI for anyone who is struggling to find quality work in the DC, VA or MD area. NRI does excellent work and truly cares about the well-being of their clients. If I had not worked with NRI, I would likely still be unemployed at this time-- so I am very grateful that I did!

NRI has been wonderful to me. I've never worked with a temp agency before, but when I moved from Florida to the DMV after graduating college without knowing a single living soul, NRI somehow found my resume and contacted me. I took the leap and moved without a job. I had been applying to jobs on my own but with no luck. Within a week of moving NRI reached out and I had an appointment set up with Kristianna.

She started talking to me about the process and gave me some suggestions for my resume, which I greatly appreciated. She listened to my concerns and my wants. After out initial meeting, in less than 48 hours Kristianna called me back to tell me they had a job and asked if I would be interested in it. This temp job had no end date and they were currently searching for someone for the role.

I started working there full-time and eventually 1 month later I was offered the position with the company. The pay and benefits were more than I was expecting and I am so grateful for this opportunity. I still can't believe in less than a week of relocating out of state without knowing anyone I was able to find a job that I like in a competitive area. I can't thank NRI and Kristianna enough for always following up to make sure I liked it and I was happy in my role. I highly recommend NRI!

Unfortunatley, I have not had the same experience as other reviewers. I applied to NRI and I met with a recruiter named John. He completed my paperwork. I called him and emailed him several times and he never returned my calls. I have a Masters degree and I have almost 3 years of administrative assistance experience. This company has done nothing to help me and I have never been contacted for positions.

Great agency. I was booked immediately after my first interview. Not only did they give me a long- term assignment, but they also took my skills and prior work experiences into account to find a position that complements my resume. Meghan, you're the best. Thank you NRI!

I worked with the same employment agency for many years but last summer when I decided to re-enter the job market after a 2-year hiatus, the agency I'd worked with for years sent me on 1 crazy assignment after another. So I turned to NRI and met Melissa & Tracy, who both worked with quiet determination on my behalf. I [regretfully] declined a couple of assignments due to location issues but with 1 particular assignment, they said it was a great company and sure enough, it was.

I temped there for 8 weeks before receiving a permanent offer & later learned the average temp-to-perm assignment was eight MONTHS! I'm very happy with my new job & appreciative of Tracy's & Melissa's assistance/advice. Kudos to them both!

NRI Staffing hasn't been able to help me with my job search at all. I registered with them for over two years ago and Melissa who is my candidate profile manager hsn't been helpful at all. I have over 10 years of experience, yet she finds it difficult to find a suitable position. She is one of the most rude and unpleasant women I have ever met!

First of all, she has an unpleasant personality and acts like she's the overlord and you are the subject when she brings you in for an interview. She does this thing when she's speaks where she constantly says "M.kay." to say okay in a very rude and dismissing tone of voice. She appears to be very condescending. Second of all, I got the feeling that she didn't want to help me once she realized that I was a foreign immigrant.

She treated me with utter disregard and spoke to me in a rude tone of voice at the interview, although I carried my self as a professional. Recently, one of the other recruiters from NRI contacted me because she had located a perfect position for me and thought I was well qualified for the position. When I went to NRI to meet with Melissa's colleague, she found out that Melissa was in charge of my candidate profile and handed me back to Melissa apologizing and letting me know that she didn't realize it before I arrived. Melissa came into the room and talked to me with more attitude and rudeness than she had the first time I met her.

Then she informed me that the position her colleague had in mind for me is no longer a good fit for me as I don't have enough experience, which is weird because her colleague had brought me in because she thought it was a perfect fit. I don't know why unpleasant people like Melissa are allowed to work at staffing agencies like NRI. She's unprofessional and it reflects negatively on the company.

NRI is an absolutely wonderful job agency! When I first moved to DC, I reached out to a downtown agency that was terrible. They didn't care what I wanted, tried to change me to fit the job, and relayed messages to the company incorrectly. So when I got laid off, with a pending move in the future, I was very wary of using an agency again, but had no other choice. Based on other reviews, I chose NRI, and was not disappointed!

I worked with Tracy in the Annandale office. She contacted me right away to have me come in, truly cared about what I was looking for and what my needs were, didn't make me feel bad for knowing what i wanted, and found me an opportunity within a week and a half. Skip the other groups that only care about getting a butt in a seat and start with NRI.

I can't say enough about NRI, specifically Melissa! Back in October my husband and I relocated to downtown DC for my husband's job. I left my job and started looking in DC immediately. I went to several temp agencies in DC.I won't name names, but when I went to NRI and met Melissa, she immediately started talking to me about how to rewrite my resume, etc. NRI was the only temp agency that contacted me with potential temp jobs.

After only about 2 or 3 weeks I was working a few days a week for an individual that needed help and shortly after that, I received a temp to perm position with a GREAT company. I'm just so thrilled! Great opportunity and the company I'm at has great benefits.even for temps. Paid parking or metro card for work comute. Thank you, Thank you NRI! Love these guys! =
