On 5/22/2018 an employee of this company drove a customers car, hit my daughter, fled the scene, and we are out the money for the replacement.

Great service honestly. I was a little worried by the reviews but honestly they have helped me a lot. The two ladies in the front are always helpful and nice. I have seen very disrespectful temps come in the office and the staff polite to help them. I recommend giving them a chance before reading the below comments! Some jobs do pay low but others pay well and are temp to hire as well.

Poor service ladies doesnt have any professional skills makes u drive all around the city to get your check and even sometimes makes u wait a whole weekend before u even receive your check THIS TEMP SERVICE ISNT ANY GOOD but there's one on the next door of it and they have pretty decent service

Poor customer service. Dont get hurt on the job and need emergency help because that null and voids their need to help you. People there are rude and are quick to dismiss you if you ask for different person to help.

The reviews are correct! I worked for a company they provided for 45 mins until I realized that I couldn't take it with the work labor. I had some money so I didn't think much of it. Fast forward to Friday October 20th I gave them my direct deposit information and they did not put that 45 mins in my account. I waited and called this Tuesday and the girl that answered the phone put me on hold for that amount of time just about. (Keep in mind the place I worked at u COULD NOT clock in!) The young lady there TOLD ME asked if I couldn't clock in and I told her I couldn't.

She then came back on the phone after I held for about 5 mins to say "We go off the time clock." I told her "How can you base it off a time clock when I did not clock in, lol? " I see why they have the time they do, they are clueless! I have to wait until this Friday to go and PICK UP my check even though they have my direct deposit information, lol.

Never again! They do steal your money! For me it is not about the money it is the simple fact that they lied and it is my money and I worked for it! It is not my issue that the companies they have don't have working time clocks. The customer service here is a -0 and they just rush u off the phone and tell u that u can talk to someone when you come.

Dont work here i repeat do not work here unless you need to for an emergency funds or something drastic i dont suggest 9 dollars really to slave in a hot ass warehouse unprofessional unorganized and last but not least a waste of time i met some good people but a lot of hard work for chicken scratch

They will call u and tell u your assignment ended and the call back and ask why u didn't show for work. Trash very unprofessional staffing agency i would recommend all not to go to Superior Solutions for employment.

Very unprofessional! Have been employed with them for a month and had to quit due to check always being short, not just 20 here and there hundreds! They expect u to work OT for them and have the nerve to delay your check! And this past week my pay rate even got dropped a dollar by "mistake" literally have to go up to the office and point out there mistakes!

So professional huh? Nobody should have to ask for what they have worked for! And the little girls in the front are rude! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Worst service I have ever received! And they act like "Shannon" is someone who we can never meet lol she's never available. Very poor service is a understatement!

Horrible experience, laborous very low paying jobs and then they are always late giving your pay check. My bf worked for them and they didn't have his hours from previous week so he had to wait until the following Monday to speak to Shannon to fix his hours and they still gave him a huge hassel even though it was their mistake.

Unorganized business. Outrageously low pay for the amount work even if you work past your probationary period. I literally have to beg for my raise after 8mos receiving 8.25. A WASTE OF TIME! AND GAS!
