I have worked with Annette and her team for over 20 years. She has placed me in both temporary and permanent hygiene positions. Annette placed a FO person in my office, collected her fee from me, then continued communicating with the person to determine if she was happy after only weeks on the job. My hygienist discovered text messages from Annette where she was setting up new interviews for the candidate. Annette never discussed with me if the employee was working out, just tried to place her again to collect more money. She has no ethics. How often does she do this, over and over again, taking advantage of busy Doctors? I never will use her company again.

Anetco is one of the best companies that a hygienist can work with. When I was fresh out of school and broke, with no experience, this company provided me with the opportunity to work steadily and to be able to afford to move from a small town to a major metropolitan. They are on top of communication 24/7 and always willing to work with you on your driving radius.
The experience that I gained from working at so many offices in the dfw area has made it infinitely easier to find employment just because I've now worked in corporate offices, private practice, paper and electronic offices. It really gives hygienists the opportunity to experience different atmospheres and discover what kind of work place they love while still being able to pay the bills. It also allows the opportunity to network which is invaluable. 100 stars you can't go wrong with this company!

I moved to Dallas and did my best to find a job but with limited resources I was unsuccessful. I learned about Anetco and decided to give it a try! I admit I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing. Annette and Mary Ann met with me and gave me some very useful advise. I left feeling confident and ready for the plan they had for me. With in the day I was lined up with interviews and places to temp. Annette and Mary Ann worked non stop to make sure I had all the resources I needed.
They guided me each step of the way and when I was unsure or confused Annette push my spirits back up and pushed me forward. I'm happy to say that when I asked Annette and Mary Ann to find me another "home" they did! I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and the skills these woman have. On the same note - I kept in contact with them and followed directions like they requested.
In turn they found me a job I can call home. All the advise they give is to your advantage - it is up to you what you do with it. I will never recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a job in the dental field. Annette is very criticizing and had nothing positive to say about me. All she talked about was my appearance and that I didn't look mature enough --- then recommended I change the way I look (more makeup, dress better, cut my hair, etc). I left that place in tears bc of the way she treated me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!
