I been with Solution Staffing Southeast Columbus for many years working for them, I been out for a while but I am a returning Customer. Every time I come to their Company when I'm in need for a Job I never leave Solutions Staffing without a Job. I'm Please with the Services I received it's a great environment with great People check it out you won't be disappointed they are the best.

She was very patient and kind, even while running around helping 5 other people, she diligently worked to get me completed. She helped me get a position that started 2 days from the date I was there! SCAM! This place takes all your personal info including spouses ss and bank account, before offering a dismal pathetic job.

Christina and Staffing Solutions helped me find a job quickly in Phoenix, a company culture that fit my criteria, transition industries and negotiated salary on my behalf. The process was simple and easy. My new employer says the only downside is that they has to pay Staffing Solutions for the first 90 days of my employment.

Abigail is very nice and really tries to help you find something. They get you started quickly and without hassle. They have pretty descent paying jobs and most everything is temp to hire. Quick easy process.

I worked with Crystal to find the best position for me, she worked hard till she found it and now I work at what I think to be one of the best warehouses. She took the time to listen to my wants and needs and paired me up with the perfect match. Now I actually look forward to going to work everyday.lol. Also the entire staff at Solutions is amazing. Great place to work with! They asked me what I thought and if I would mind writing a review. I said I would gladly write one. I really like the job they placed me out to. They were very sweet and helpful that they have a bi-lingual person to help my cousin through his process.

When I worked for this company about 9 or 10 years ago it was great I always had a place to go to and never had any problems. This company now the people are rude I had to quite my last assignment due to family medical emergency well last week when I called to see if they could put me on a assignment they told me I was in the computer as can't be rehired.

The girl that I spoke to was supposed to call me this week and tell me if they would let me go back to work; still yet to get a call back. The system that they use to get the w2 information I am currently locked out of and the past two days that I have tried to call it get the voicemail. This place is close to my house so that is why I always go here and really am bothered that they put me in the system as someone they won't rehire really is upsetting my son's father had a part of his foot removed and could not drive is the reason I ended my assignment and the girl was really nice about it told me it was fine and told me I could come back when ever I was ready and than turned around and put me as a person they won't send to a assignment again.

I had a decent experience today. I have been to worse staffing places then this. Ever been to the ones where they want u to show up every morning at 5am, and it's a toss up on who gets picked for a job even if u got there first? The worst thing about this place was taking my own piss test. But hey, I didn't cheat and I think I still got hired and start tomorrow. I'm super excited I got the luck of the draw and I got picked to work at AR500 Armor. They make some of the best armor and tactical accessories in the industry. That's right up my gun toting, motorcycle riding, blue collar lifestyle!

Very unprofessional staff, I was told that not only did I have to collect my own urine sample, but I had to test it myself as well. They are so cheap they can't pay a lab to do it. I could have tampered with it in so many ways and the fact that the testing was done in their office could have possibly contaminated my sample. What a fly by night operation. If that wasn't bad enough after only 3 weeks on the assignment I was fired via text message without warning. Don't waste your time going here

This scathing review is a result of a very unprofessional visit to the Tempe area Solutions Staffing. After submitting the required online app., I was called in for drug & background screening. They called at noon. We scheduled for my arrival at 1:30. After traveling 25 minutes & waiting another 15, a representative called me in only to state they, "already filled the position".

She says this with a smirk as if this was funny. The representative didn't understand why this would annoy anyone. Unbelievably, she states that more often then not "people just don't show up for their app." This means she judged my character & assumed I wasn't going to show up so she just gives the assignment to someone else?! I sincerely hope they take notice & amend their twisted policies & immature handling of people's time.
