Unfortunately they seem to gloss over information rather than reviewing a resume in detail. They failed to recognize that people can hold multiple positions at once, especially those who hold high level positions such as CEOs, who may aloes serve on boards, and provide consulting to other companies. The most important thing for a placement professional is to understand their clients needs and their prospects background and skillset. The inability to recognize multiple positions on a resume that say ". to present" is a significant failure.
