Since I'm I'm highly rated reviewer I'm going to say this. I have been going here for years to fax/copy use computers. NOW they have changed everything up its super time consuming, you already have to sign into the computers in the lobby NOW you have to stand in line after that, get a paper and then after I made 2 copies which took all of 2 minutes I had to fill a paper out. Why?

I already signed in with my social, talk about government keeping tabs (state run) It's a NOPE for me now, if they're trying to discourage people from using the facilities then this is the way, job seekers are already under alot of stress who wants to jump through all these hoops now to make a copy and or jib search. I'll just go to Fed ex and pay it's quicker.their stupid thought process let's make things more complicated for the public.

Career Source soon will only need one employee to run it because nobody wants to go thru a long drawn out process to use a free computer heading to the library instead and in the future.

OMG had a employee name RC Davis help me, he had no idea what I was talking about or no idea what he was doing. Needed help with claiming my unemployment. He kept telling me there was a Glitch (something wrong with the computer) and they(whom ever that is) hasn't fixed it. I didn't get no help and he was the only employee that there, BUT it was lunch time.

So you know what that means (forget everyone there HUNGRY) I kept raising my hand no one else came to help and I seen about 4 other employees that just kept walking by. RETRAIN RETRAIN RETRAIN.

I'm not too happy because I feel I'm being lied to because we have to sign a ARP form stating we have to submit hours weekly to be in the program and to receive cash assistance but on the arp paperwork it clearly states we are provided with a gas card and the amount next to it and we are required to sign that form we are not receiving any gas cards that makes me feel uncomfortable because I'm required to sign something but I'm not receiving those benefits they need to change that. Other than that customer service is great!

I DID A PROGRAM WITH THEM AND WAS NEVER PAID SO NOW I HAVE TO FILE A REPORT TO GET MY MONEY I WORKED HARD FOR NOBODY IS EMAILING ME BACK OR NOTHING THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

You're far better off standing in the parking lot kicking rocks than trying to accomplish anything whatsoever with the people who are getting paid to work here. Absolute total waste of your time and energy. They will not help you whatsoever in person with anything ever or respond to your calls, voicemails, or emails. Do yourself a favor and don't even walk through the door. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Computers software needs updating! And most job's search can be found by yourself a big waste of time!

Not enough staff to help in the resource room and customer was in front of one of the computer hacking, coughing and sneezing with NO MASK ON.Noone sterilized her area when she left

Pathetic. Dragging people in the middle of a pandemic to reset pins. Spending hours in small rooms with no ventilation waiting on your name to be called. These people all deserved to be fired and the DEO defunded. This is a daily superspreader event

Stayed on call for 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone only to get hung up on. No wonder this place gets bad reviews.

I worked for them the summer of 2020 and this past summer (2021) and I don't recommend doing the summer job connection. It's unorganized, the direct deposit only worked for certain people, and the communication sucks. I informed them that I wasn't able to pick up my final check and asked if it could be sent to my address and was told that it could. Low and behold it was never sent to my address.

The place was closed with a note instructing to go to another spot. Too far to go today!

Terrible the government chose not to pay people unemployment and tell them to call this guy joseph which does not answer his phone just to not pay millions of people that are on the streets evicted which I am. I lost faith in this country.

Its mandatory. I established my account, refreshed. BUT! try saying NO. WHY? because a new format will present itself for you to enter your work applications. Major relief that an Administrator suggested.gl folks. ORIGINAL POST: I fax'd a stop claim letter as required by Deo. Had to have counselor. Ray?.who supplied phone number, and who stood with me to send my notorized letter to Deo.to formally end claim June 14th 2021.

It appears after making the required account with florida jobs. That five applications/wk for jobs must be made for the requirements to be met I applied 24 jobs for the two weeks- 12/week for jobs with a broad array of skills. I met for interviews. Deo format does not have the format to accept my documentation. After recieved emails that I need to give them more information, I did.and there still isn't a format to show my job search, applications and efforts to get to my interviews.

I recieved a second set of emails with the same. Again no format to show my HOURS of effort. during those two weeks of requirements. I have approached Deo by phone many times only to have a downtrodden polite switchboard.who states there is no caseworker to talk to.same message all year. So after finding career source closed to everyone's suprise, I will return again to get this information delivered, somehow. I comply. For those that know the military mindset. I will hand deliver my job applications, emails notorized to Tallahassee.

Absolute scam! They tell you one thing before you sign your child up then its a million added things after you sign up! They lie to you and swipe everything they said you will earn and keep it for themselves. Incredibly disgusting environment, do not recommend to anyone!

I have requested my 1099-g form 6 different times by calling and emailing. Still haven't received it. I haven't received it by mail either. Very frustrating. I can't access my online account. This whole department needs to be overhauled.
