Services
Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. is the largest of more than 158 Goodwill organizations in the world and has been providing services since 1919. Goodwill Industries began in Boston at the turn of the 19th century as an idea by the Rev. Edgar J. Helms. The idea was simple, fight poverty not with charity, but with trade skills - and provide a chance for the poor and the unemployed to do productive work. In the 1890s, there were no government programs to aid those in need.

Beware! If you plan on buying from their online auction site for any collectibles of cards or sports memorabilia. Won an online auction for 3 folders of nba cards. I bid on this item as there was some Jordan cards I saw from the photos they posted. Received the item and noticed I didn't see some of the cards that I saw on the photos. Double checked and sure enough the Jordan cards in their photos was missing in my folders when I received it.
So there are employees stealing or falsely advertising to get you to bid higher to make more money. Will be calling their corporate office and voice my concerns and take actions legally for their false advertising and stealing of my product I purchased.

Purchased items online in which one of the weights is around 16lbs. They are listed as having pickup available and all I had to do was schedule an appointment to pick up the items. I requested to have a pickup and was told they don't allow pickup from this location for this item. They want to charge me 18.58 to ship the item 10 miles when I was getting 25 lb items shipped from California for 14.99.
Do not purchase online items from this location nor support this location as they do not abide by the goodwill policy of allowing pickups. Update. Told pickup is available for bulk items which I told them I would be getting bulk items as I bid on additional items coming due and was also giving the covid excuse. I then stated that Racine WI lifted the mask mandate ad of May 14th so that is not an excuse anymore.

I was surprised by how well stocked this store was. Some Goodwill's look like someone's give a ways. But this store hand tons of brand new clothing. And nothing was overpriced! The furniture was clean and comfy and they actually had plenty of my size! As a tall, slender, man, it's hard to find clothes that don't make me look silly. I left this place feeling GQ!
