I've known about this agency for a long time but never really went in to meet with them. A friend of mine pushed me so I called and spoke with Ivy who set up an appointment the following day. I went in on a Wednesday for a meeting and filled out the clipboard paperwork as is customary and about 5 minutes later I was sitting in front of Ivy who went over my resume and took notes on my experience and qualifications.
During our conversation she told me about a couple possible opportunities that they had and that she would like to submit me for them. It was nice to be submitted so fast. Later that day I was called and asked if I could do a skype interview with the Chief of Staff of a private family. During this entire process Ivy was there and very on top of the process.
The communication was great I never felt out of the loop. Later that evening I was asked if I could attend a face to face interview with the family. During the interview I was asked to supervise a task the following day which I did and it turned out great. The next Tuesday was my first day in my new position. Ivy was there the entire way and made the whole process much easier then I could have expected.
With the speediness of the process and the available positions they had I couldn't recommend more this agency. I had a great experience and if you are well qualified and are looking this is a great place to submit your resume.

This agency is by far the best if you are committed to find an awesome job! Not only they are professional, but nice, and "pick up" quickly the type of your personality, so they can match you with the right client. And more importantly, they will not forget about you even if you dont check back with them on a regular basis. They were unbelievably unprofessional and rude. I sent them a resume for the heck of it--and they called ME to come in to their office in Beverly Hills (I live in Silverlake and never really go to BH). I get there around 2:30 and walk in to Dora on the left--who's probably in her late 80's and her daughter(?) Probably in her 60's on the right. There's a bored-looking and pregnant receptionist in the middle. ALL of them were on the phone for about 10 minutes.
I just stood there without being greeted or even being looked at, until finally I tried to get the receptionists attention. She gave me an application clip board--which most staffing agencies do first. All the while the mother and daughter were screaming across the room bickering at each other about work related issues. When I finished, the receptionist gave me the interview (mind you, both of the other women's desks were maybe 4 feet away).
I waited another 20 minutes for the receptionist to review my application and write notes and pick up about 15 other calls. Then she said OK take a seat so-and-so will be right with you (who is sitting right freaking there) I wait ANOTHER 20 MINUTES for this old lady to get off the freaking phone! She KNOWS I'm sitting there listening to her and waiting.
Finally she says OK come on over--so I sit down and she looks over my resume, etc. and is about to say something and then PICKS UP THE PHONE AND TALKS TO SOME FRIEND FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES! I am sitting there looking at her dumbfounded! Minutes pass by so I move to grab my purse on the couch to show that I am getting ready to leave because I was so disgusted by her behavior.
She gives me the "hold on one minute" finger and so I waited a little longer. She finally gets off the phone, does a little more bickering with her mother from across the room, and tells me. "You don't really have enough experience for most of our clients but you just should try craigslist" WHAT THE FUCK!? REALLY?! REALLY? YOU SEND ME ALL THIS WAY AND MAKE ME WAIT ALL THIS TIME TO TELL ME I SHOULD GO ON CRAIGSLIST?! WHAT AM I AN IDIOT?!?!?
