This company can do alot better and work on their people skills. The lady I worked with was extremely rude. I made several attempts to reach out to her and nothing. I'm fresh out of college. I graduated with a 3.8 GPA. She basically treated me like I was trash. Now I'm with Robert Half. Way better company. I wouldn't recommend Midwest Staffing unless your truly desperate.

I've previously applied at the Brooklyn Park one but already accepted a job offer (not through this agency) and told them I dont need their service anymore. The BP office is much better in my opinion. I then get a call from their st.paul office with the most unprofessional and uninterested staff member there with the literal voicemail of, ".Yeah, this is Midwest Staffing. Call us when you get this." Just from this first impression, please find a different staff agency to work with.

Took time to do paperwork, and call everyday only to be told that my application was terminated, due not passing a background. I believe they should be upfront and not have people waste their time.

If you need work quickly they've usually got something. Bon Her, who was fantastic by the way, got me a position the next day. The application is a bit lengthy and there is a drug test, but I think these guys do a good job. Warehouse/industrial and office jobs as far as I know.

This place is garbage. They aren't honest with what you make, you find out you're making substantially less by looking at your paycheck. They don't call you back ever, and won't help you in any way. It's all about them making money off of you. Avoid if at all possible!
