Employees are great however the location they sent me to work at, the Supervisor Abass was extremely rude and created a very toxic work environment. I spoke with the another Supervisor about it and he told me that I could go home and come back the next day and he stated that he will speak with Abass. The next day I get a text stating that I walked off the job. Sentech basically didn't care and because of Supervisors like Abass no one wants to stay at the location they sent me to.

Nobody cares about how he treat Employees and that prompted me to record his behavior and I'm hoping that something will be done about sending Employees to toxic work environments

Esma was very professional and answered all my questions immediately. Also, the woman that helped me with my onboarding and paperwork was also very nice and helpful.

Best staffing agency ever! Everyone is so nice there and so helpfull, I always get the best jobs. And they all speak different languages, did not have a language barrier with my spanish, the recruiter there spoke fluent. Great profesionals.

The employees do not submit their payroll on time nor properly. Therefore EVERY pay week you will have payroll issues. Your paycheck may not come. This happen to me several times despite I have direct deposit. Its terrible to skip paying hardworking employees (and its always Sentechs fault) after the work has been done a week before. Would be ok if you didnt have to work for FREE.

Critical: Value No raises, no benefits, worked in this self degrading company for a year before leaving. Don't work here, there are better work places than this. Its dirty and noisy.

As far as we can tell they don't pay because it's been two weeks and here it is Friday and all I've gotten is failed to return my calls, no pay and I drove and worked my. Time is vauleable and i am very distraught over this

Not the biggest fan of this place, worked for them back in September until my transportation stopped and I no longer had a way to get there. When I spoke with a representative of sentech they said they would send me out a pay card. A whole month goes by, nothing. I finally call there for one of their employees to tell me they've had a pay card sitting there for me for quite sometime, never once was I made aware.

A day or two later I go to pick up my card, only to discover they shorted me 2 days on my pay. I called the next day to speak with another representative, she said she would look into it, took down my number, and said she would be in touch. Here we are almost another month later. No call back, no money, no nothing. They can get you work, but good luck with anything else. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

Going through Sentech, got into a really good company. Never had a problem. My recruiter Esma was really helpful and cares for her employees. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a temp to hire job.
