We determine whether or not the employee can follow directions and pass a basic aptitude test and given a short interview to determine their communication level. At Tower, we have a strict no-call/no-show policy. Once an employee has no-called/no-showed for an assignment, they are immediately terminated.

I've used staffing agencies from here to California. These guys know your face after your first check. I was in dire straights broke and desperate. They put me to work immediately. You cannot ask for a better agency.

I walked in for an interview after viewing several positions on Indeed. The Spanish girl at the front desk did not execute any type of customer service, probably because she knew we were wasting our time. I was given the okey doke, a card and told to call in every day and that things change quickly. I'm not a felon and I work in Bluffton but live in Fort Wayne because of these tactics. Currently, I work part time at Parkview and I was looking for summer work to kill some time. My time was wasted. I hope everyone else has a better experience.

One of the better staffing agencies out there. I do seasonal construction work and I needed something to get me through the winter. I filled out the paper application and did the interview. They called me a few days later.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Tower staffing will try to short change you on your paycheck. They will lie to you and tell you that you will get a temp to permanent job but less than 2 months they will tell you that you did a bad job. When you contact them they will ignore you and be very rude with you. TOWER STAFFING IS A SCAM!
