Fantastic experience with NuWest Group! Very supportive and proactive professionals! The recruiting team addressed all my questions, gave great advice and prepared me for what I should expect in the interview process. They are very knowledgeable and open about the positions and companies you are applying for. I really liked that they would reach out and asks how things are going.

It shows their care and involvement in your journey. They are there with you and for during the entire process, and always open for more questions, which is super helpful! (Shout out to Sarah Newton! Fantastic and super involved person!).

I've had a great experience so far with NuWest! Definitely want to take a moment to thank/send a shout out to Carly and Olivia, who helped me match with a great opportunity and worked through a couple of initial hiccups to make sure I hit the ground running. (Nothing crazy, though.) I'm enjoying my new situation and recommend NuWest to anyone who might be considering a new career move.

NuWest is a great place. Not only were they able find a place for me, as a contract workers, with a company I had dreamt of working for years, they were able to negotiate more pay then I originally asked for. While at that company I had the opportunity to work with several other contract workers from companies other than NuWest and without an exception I had better benefits and more paid vacation days than every one.

I was with NuWest for over a year and would still be there if I hadn't been hired on full time at my dream job that they found me. Trust me chose NuWest and you will not be disappointed.

***Janae Williams was my recruiter and she was AMAZING!*** After asking me for my career preferences she shortly got back to me in a few days with an outstanding Technical Program Manager role with a top-rated tech company in the Greater Seattle area (where I live). During this process she sent me a very detailed job description with extremely helpful common questions the hiring manager might ask, and suggested questions for me as the candidate to ask (see picture).

Besides the excellent preparation, she lined up a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager (the tech firm's PgM Director) the next day. The interview went swimmingly due to Janae's superb match making between my skills and the business' needs. I have another interview lined up - but I hope to stay in contact with Janae and NuWest throughout my career for future job searching needs! ***FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS!***

Great opportunity and the entire process was smooth and professional. Haley K. was insistent on following up and prepping for interviews in addition to following up afterwards. The only reason why I haven't given five stars is that I spoke to other contractors at the same company working through different agencies that gave many more benefits and there was a significant disparity. I totally understand that most folks are looking to convert quickly, but I can see room for improvement there.

Looks like some others have had negative experiences but mine was good. Sarah was professional and nice and very understanding when I pulled out of an interview process because I felt it wasn't a good fit.

I thought this compny was great until they waited until the last minute to sign the legal papers. Beware. 870 hour. Is Not 700 hours. I did not sign the contract that was given to me so late in the process. Read everything they give you. I did everthing right until the last hour.4 pm before my start day. I could not reach anyone. Text, called, and emailed.

So I went to the assignment to apologize at the site and left. I was later called "unproffessional". All of this would not have happen if the contract was given first -not last. I am now jobless.

Horrible with giving directions. Never worked for an agency that has no map. That has you go here and there for training. Nice ppl that care about nothing but numbers and send you on jobs they know min. About

I was in a situation where I was very short on time and I have a very specific schedule with very unique needs - but Kathy found the PERFECT job for me! She made my application process and onboarding experience so seamless! She was so incredibly patient with me, considering all the other things in my life happening all at the same time! I would always come back to her!

She and NuWest is quick to respond, and I LOVE that they check up with me regularly and ensure that I am taken cared of! I am now incredibly happy with my work schedule! THANK YOU NUWEST!

I joined Nu West, and I have to say I am very disappointed not to mention without a job the company didn't support me only the company that they placed me at. The first month in, I let them in very professional way know that the environment was unfriendly and felt hostile due to management changes. I kept in touch with my case manager frequently, I asked to be transferred out as soon as possible. Nu West avoided my situation stalled telling me they would place me elsewhere and left me in a contract and in an escalating uncomfortable hostile environment.

Not returning calls, giving me times and appointments they never responded too. I was promised a call by Madeleine this evening 11-2-16 no call, no surprise! I SUGGEST GOING SOMEWHERE THAT SUPPORTS YOU AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT not to mention your sanity

Unfortunately, many people are having a very hard time finding this Bellevue office to have an introduction interview with Nuwest. It is hopeful that this will get better as time moves forward for those jobseekers. Keep watching Yelpers! There will be more reviews to come.
