Modest, honest, powerful people. Can't mess with the honest or well important staffers of LL.

Critical: Quality This is one of the worst staffing companies around. Please don't waste your time here they do not care about their staff and they also steal a little money out of your vacation time. They lie to unemployment so it's hard to reviece benefits and they will only promote their race.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value This company vis not honest with their applicants. And I notice that both locations in ga and carolina are only for just as the companies name. That's only for latin. Don't believe me check the reviews for location in ga.

Very disappointed I really had hope in this company I was FIRED told by the agency that my assignment had ended and to leave the job MCclancy Seasoning never knowing why I got FIRED 12/19 so I file for unemployment which I got denied for my UI claim? the staffing company said that I walked off the job and quit but if you know Anthony Taylor your going to have to fire me so that was a lie.

So happen in Jan/Feb/2020 I receive a facebook inbox from one of the employees at MCclancy Seasoning asking do I want my job back, so I go back to work for the same job Then the pandemic hits 3/29/2020 and once again I'm LET go from this job and Maria Latin Staffing tells me It's because of the corona virus, so I go to the unemployment office apply for PUA which I was approved and Latin staffing never responded to any of there emails 4/2020 and 5/2020 concerning why I was let go I guess Maria told me a lie.

Then I receive a letter in the mail saying I was denied again for PUA for the same exact reason from 12/19 that I walked off the job and that I quit worded the exact same way when I was told it was because of the corona virus 7/29/2020 Im calling a lawyer to fight my appeal I think one of the unemployment people did something faud to, updating a denied claim from 12/19 to 7/2020 that denied my PUA never letting me do a UI for 3/29/2020 No trust in the system all lives matter.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value They don't have equal opportunity to every ethnic group. They don't give the option anymore to choose jobs in the city you choose to work. They handled me a different way because I'm not Hispanic. I should've known by the name of the company that would take place. Hopefully y'all have a better experience.

This is honestly one of the worst temporary agencies I went to, mainly because when I got put onto the job I was guaranteed hours every week, (SADDLE CREEK) but after the 1st week of me working there, Alicia would send multiple of us Home saying there is no work and being nonchalant about it and she would purposely pick out Hispanics to work and not anyone else which is very discriminative and unprofessional, why would u send anyone to a place that has to many people anyway, NOBODY HAS GAS TO BE WASTING, also I worked last week and still haven't received my pay and every single time I call no one comes to the phone it's just some weird noises. Worst experience I've dealt with EVER I wouldn't recommend unless your Hispanic, yea they might say they help everybody but they're all for themselves

Everyone was very nice at the office. They helped me find a job and I liked that they asked where I lived to make sure the distance was fine. The job is great. I don't speak Spanish but that wasn't an issue at all. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Within the week, the staff found me a job which I was comfortable with and available my schedule. I recommend this staffing. The place where they sent me was a friendly environment and relatively easy task. If you want a quick and unchallenging job, come to Latin Labor Staffing.
