Owner, began her successful career in the staffing industry with a large national recruiting firm over 36 years ago. In 1999, Patsy founded Bargo & Associates Staffing Specialists where she continues to be heavily involved in recruiting talent and growing her business. She enjoys helping individuals with their job search and providing local businesses highly qualified employees.

I worked with Bargo and Associates for over six months, from October 2021 until May 2022. I was placed in a part-time, temp to hire Admin Assistant position that was a PERFECT match for my skills, temperament and schedule. I love Bargo and Associates. Patsy and Leah are great women who really care about their employees. You aren't just a number at the temp agency, like you would be at a Randstad or Aerotek. Leah responds quickly and professionally. I interviewed and accepted a temp to hire position at a great company in Louisville, KY. My manager was actually hired 30 years ago from Bargo and Associates.
The companies that Bargo works with are awesome. Most employees that I have worked with have been at this company for 5+ years. This is the most I have ever been paid. I have a bachelors degree in Communications and I truly believe I use my education each day.
