You call you tell them what you're calling for after you're done talking and they say well how can I help you so they transfer you to someone else you tell them why you called then they say how can I help you. They call you about an interview nobody answers the phone when you call back and then the people you talk to have no idea what they're doing worst company ever

I have been dealing with premier for the past couple of weeks and I must say it has been the most horrible experience ever. I was sent to two different places with horrible policies and the management care less about temp workers. The only person that treated me with respect and made sure that I had everything needed for my assignment was Ms. Ashley Pettus.

She goes above and beyond on making sure that you get the job you would actually enjoy. As she is searching for the job, she will always keep you updated and make sure everything she needs is turned in. Once my assignment ended with the company she sent me to a Joshua Carr so that I can get an assignment that I had experience in. I must say this man had poor customer service skills and could careless about workers.

He asked me what shift I could work and what preferences I had and assigned me to a place totally opposite of what I advised him I could do. I was dismissed because I was concerned about how the attendance policy was being explained. The job stated that we were only allowed to miss four days out the year rather if we had a doctor or court excuse, they also stated that a being a minute late counted as a full day and would go towards those four days and then you would be terminated.

I was not advised about this policy until I attended the training course for this job assignment. I asked several questions to get an understanding of the policy and what i needed to do when it came to having family emergencies and doctor appointments. Me asking those questions got me terminated from this assignment because I made a comment about not knowing how I was going to manage this particular policy, but the company told Josh Carr that I was being argumentative with them which was not true at all.

I understand the tardy situation and that every job has attendance policy, but not being excused for doctor appointments, family emergencies, and court appearances is a horrible company and could care less about their employees. They are basically telling you to choose their company over your health, family, or even being at risk at having legal issues.

I absolutely LOVE Premier Staffing! I've worked for them for quite some time and when I suffered job loss due to an unfortunate lay-off, the agents there worked exceptionally hard to find more work for me. Amy L. has gone above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my employment with them has been seamless. I've also worked another assignment through Shelbi S. and she was wonderful as well. I'm living proof that if you work hard and give them your absolute best, they're more than willing to do the same for you.

Premier Staffing is a great employment agency! They kept me working and made sure everything went smoothly during my assignment. I was always able to reach whoever I needed to whenever I needed to. Shelbi was great, and I even got hired FT by the company I was assigned to temp at. This was only supposed to be a "temporary" assignment until the job I "thought" I wanted came available. Turns out the "temporary" assignment I worked on ended up being the best thing to happen to me job wise in a long time.

Thanks to Shelbi! She rocks! (She matched me perfectly)! I now work for an awesome company who genuinely cares about me and my co-workers. The pay/benefits are great, and I couldn't ask for a better place to work. Thank you Premier Staffing for a job well done!

Premier Staffing is one of the best temp agencies I've had the pleasure of working for. In particular, Shelbi Sniff was especially helpful throughout my entire time with Premier. She was very proactive in helping me secure a temporary position that suiting my personal preferences, and she was always very quick to respond to my needs via email, business phone, cell phone, and even via text messaging!

I applied for Premier staffing, submitted resume, was given a call next day to come in for testing and more paperwork. I came in and did all testing in which I scored well, filled out paperwork. Waited nearly 2 months before I got a call. I reached out to them multiple times, via email and calls. I finally got called on a job that met my criteria of $10.00 or more an hour and full time hours.

I took the orientation, did a weeks worth of training at said job. Worked for about 2 months. Was released from the assignment with no heads up. Premier staffing said they would begin helping me look for a new job, it's been weeks. Poor workers there, poor attitudes, takes them way too long to find work. I've had much more luck with other staffing agencies. Do NOT recommend them at all.

I had a great experience with Premier. They found me a job in one day that was close to home and just what I was looking for. It has been a perfect fit and now I am full time with a great company. I would recommend these people to anyone looking for employment. I can't thank them enough for finding me a great career.
