Our field employees are given detailed orientations on Jerman Personnel's policies and procedures, as well as those of their specific job assignments. Jerman Personnel's strict substance abuse policy and our standards in dress codes, safety and attendance. All field employees are covered by workers' compensation insurance and a three-million-dollar fidelity bond.
In person applications and interviews, added personal touch, so you know who you're going to work for. We do withhold any payments for background checks, drug screening, delayed first check, etc. Our clients know that when they pick up the phone to call us, they are going to speak to a decision maker.

What a complete waste of precious time! If I could give it zero stars, I would have. My husband applied through Jerman for a position at Hansen, the person who took his application is Tony. They got his direct deposit information and gave him a start date of January 6th. Tony called the Friday before my husband was to start and said that he just needed confirmation back from Hansen. now Tony and his secretary are giving him the runaround, and they have not returned one phone call! So thanks for nothing, Jerman Personnel, we may now be evicted and Hansen missed out on a FANTASTIC employee!

If you like being lied to and feel like you are being taken advantage of then this is the company to help you find a job. Misleading job postings and things discussed with Tony did not line up with the company they set me up with. I understand that he has no control on what other company's do but putting on the job posting that the position pays hourly plus commission I expect for that to be true. Well, it wasn't.
Far from the truth really. I know he is friends with the branch manager at the company he set me up with and helps them with all their hiring needs so Tony knows he is lying. Telling me that FRS sales employees make over 100k a year is a joke. I found out that within just a couple months on the job. Oh and Tony told me not to tell anyone he said that. Telling me that they interviewed well over 30 applicants for this position but I seemed to be the best fit was also a lie.
Once my eligible hire date with FRS came it was like pulling teeth to get that done. Of course, Tony didn't care, he was still getting paid for an extra 5 weeks past my 90 days. I don't appreciate being lied to and I will NEVER recommend anyone to use this company.

I worked for these guys for a few months, they placed me as a mechanic at Diamond Pet Food (google that company, good read). I was fired after a second absense in four months, DEW agreed with me that they shouldn't have fired me. I've met a couple people who've worked for Jerman, none of us have anything good to say about them.

Jerman Personnel has provided excellent customer service and turnaround time when needing candidates at our manufacturing facility. The candidates they have provided are high in quality and have strong work ethics. In a matter of a few weeks we converted 30% of their workforce. I definitely recommend this local family team to anyone that wants a strong collaborative partnership.
