Just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at Roper Personnel, especially Kinya, Anne Marie and Billie. I have used them several times over the past 25 years and they have always found me great jobs. I officially start a State job this November and it is all thanks to the great staff at Roper. Thanks for going above and beyond to find great jobs that are a perfect fit for me.

I will not depend on this staffing agency to find me a job again. They posted a job online and I met the requirements and all. Said that the job was immediate and work should begin soon. I drove 45 mins to this office, did all paperwork and was happy when I left knowing I had a job starting real soon. Didn't hear anything so I called them and the lady told me give it a few more days. Called a few days later they tells me that the job is kinda full and it'll be a few weeks.
Pretty much they post jobs and get so many people to apply so they have back ups so if another employee messes up then they'll use you. NO! That is not how I do business. Why get someones hopes up and then tell them it's not available just yet. So why post it if it's not available just yet? Just like the Sumter office they want you to call every week to check in. Roper Staffing's are a joke and waste of time.

Judging by the initial phone call I can assure you that I will not be using their services. The receptionist was unprofessional and rude. She was trying to educate me on how much salary my boss should be paying his employees. Based on the questions she was asking me, its clear that this agency does not have a defined method on helping employers find a good match. Compared to the other agencies I called in the surrounding area, this one sticks out like a sore thumb. My gut tells me to keep looking.

As a business owner, I have been using Roper for my short term employment needs. They help me fill the gaps without hiring new employees. I really like the fact they background search for me. Billie and everyone at Roper has gone above and beyond my expectations. They have found help for me the next morning with requests made at 7 PM the night before! Not to mention the weekend work they've done for me. Great company to work with!
