I would give less than a 1 star if I could. I was under state orders to quarantine due to covid, called and let them know when i was diagnosed and roughly when I would be able to return. A few days before my quarantine was up, I called them to see when I could return to work and they said i was a no call no show even though i was under orders to quarantine and had let them know beforehand. Very unprofessional

I personally believe that ARC Staffing Solutions is the best agency in Springfield. They are reliable, organized, and honest when placing you. They thoroughly interview and pre-screen to ensure that you will placed at a job that you can make a long term position or career!

They helped me with a job at tac industry, they called me after being there from Sept to feb saying they terminated me for performance but I know I did good job with bathrooms and cleaning up. But I did call off only on the sick weather. Probably when I tried mopping the floor where the salt is in the lobby but the tac didn't supply a better cleaning solution like the neutral floor cleaner that I'm very experienced in cleaning.

Will exploit your need for money to keep u a temp for years and years just to keep makein that 3 or 4 ahourr of the top

I was working for Arc Staffing Solutions for about 2 years at Parker TruTec here in Springfield Ohio. I was at 4.75 points and one week to get one to taken off. My team leader and I went out for lunch and when I came back I forgot to clock in my team leader vavided that I was on time and they still pointed me and fired me. Arc Staffing terminated me from there services to for attendance.

I could understand if my team leader couldn't stand up for me and say yes I was on time but she could and she did. Arc Staffing Solutions will not take up for there works. They will let there customers run there employees into the dirt then though them out Like trash.

They found me an office job that worked with my schedule and is very flexible. I love it! The ladies at ARC are pretty friendly. You always have that one who isn't very kind, but that is everywhere. I recommend ARC. They are helpful

Dont like how they called me on mothers day to tell me that my assignment has ended and they said my performance was bad but I busted my ass at my job
