DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT WORK WITH THIS AGENCY, PAYROLL IS THE WORST!.This temp agency does place you in good places but the staff is horrible. Yolanda is completely unprofessional and Jess as well, they are completely incompetent. They both lack proper communication and following up with documentation. Payroll as well don't do their job in a timely manner.

I didn't not receive my pay on time and they used a poor excuse that in reality made no sense. That being said they like to insult people's intelligence. Prime staffing needs to reevaluate the people they hire for their company.

Natalie A is the best! I have worked with her from the start of my travel nursing career. She is very down to earth and has always been super responsive and attentive. She truthfully does put travelers best interests first. Travel with Natalie, you won't regret it!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness if you are a health professional seeking contracted work, DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. Ray Morales who is one of the recruiters is very unprofessional and has little to no communication skills. I am only speaking from experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My recruiter Natalie is the best recruiter I have ever had since I started working as a travel nurse for 8 yrs. She responds to both work phone and cell phone calls as well as Facebook messenger. She advocates for me at all time. I will pick her every day any time as my recruiter.

Natalie is the best recruiter ever! She works around the clock and I always know that she is literally just a text away. On top of being so responsive, she also has gotten me amazing contracts even in times when there's not as many to go around. I appreciate her hard work and couldn't recommend her any more!

I love this company and my recruiter, Natalie! This is my first travel assignment and she has made the process so smooth and easy! The housing they provide is awesome! Natalie has been so helpful and understanding- and just easy to talk to. she feels more like a friend than recruiter. Yesterday, I needed to update my resume and don't have a computer, she offered to do it for me! She has literally done every thing I have ever asked her to do! I'm sooooo glad I went with prime and Natalie! She has made this experience the absolute best!

When I think of great customer service these are some of the qualities that come to mind; professionalism, honesty, integrity, dependability, and great problem solving abilities. I wish I could give less than one star. I worked for this company in April when the pandemic hit. I was cussed at on the phone by "Scott" who claimed he was consulting for this company. I never had an actual recruiter assigned to me. Nothing was explained. When I finally got in contact with a recruiter named "Natalie" while on my assignment, I was given conflicting information than what I was told before starting the assignment.

I did not get paid what I was told. I now am trying to get in touch with this company about W2 information, and it is taking WEEKS to get ANY sort of response. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

There's a recruiter named Yolanda that is extremely unprofessional. She has screamed at me over the phone several times. Hung up on me and continued to accuse me of making her job difficult. She does a terrible job of explaining the procedures and refuses to properly answer questions. She has accused me of messing up paper work that she never emailed.

I don't understand how she was hired to do a job where she clearly lacks the communication skills needed to interact with people. It is unbelievable that this agency has someone like her working there. In all my years I have never been treated so terribly as I have been by this recruiter. Word of advise for anyone that has to interact with her just find somewhere else. It's not worth it.

Natalie. Got upset with me because i took a better paying contract, then when i tried to go to nyc for a recent deployment.she purposely didnt return any calls or texts. Some of these recruiters need to understand that nurses talk and this is never personal, this is business. There are sooooo many different agencies and opportunities. So grow up and be professional. You did not stop my cash flow.know that!

Natalie Ardizzoni is not only an amazing person but an incredible recruiter! She is responsive, knowledgeable, and knows the industry extremely well. If your recruiter isn't living up to your expectations, CALL NATALIE TODAY. You will not regret it!
