Currently work here and I love this place. I applied and came into do paperwork it was easy everyone was friendly. It's a side job for me. They offered me jobs at first I rejected then offered me more I have accepted and had a ongoing job since. I love it and I get a raise every time I get more units. I love this place they are great. I like them more than other agencies I have worked for. They are flexible and willing to work with you. Every school they sent me too I like as well.

Highly recommend Temp Care as their staff are always very well trained! Over the years, we have been very impressed by their high reliability standards!

We recently began a preschool and are still in the process of hiring full-time staff. Temp Care Staffing has been a major help here as their professionals are very well trained and able to quickly take on the responsibilities of the regular teacher, when required.

I would definitely recommend Temp Care! Their services are a lifesaver when running short on staff, and no extra time to spare. A few months ago one of my staff had to leave for an emergency. I was quite worried about how we would manage, until I called Temp Care. The childcare professional they sent in was amazing! Temp care didn't take bank service charges off a check that was issued twice to me when twice taken out of my box, during a move. Both Elizabeth and Amy were kind, always thought of my personal needs. And found work unconditionally for me every time. Despite a changing and flexible schedule, as I have a two year old of my own, at home. She was always accommodating and understanding.

Temp Care Staffing is completely reliable and it is because of this that we have been able to manage the smooth running of our preschool when there is a shortage of our own staff. Their staff are well qualified and skilled in taking over practically any task they are assigned!

What a joke! Lot of nepotism going on here so be careful who you complain to. The last straw: I was sent out to a school who hadn't even requested a temp.

You request for a sub and usually they will say ok but they will not send you one nor will follow up with you if someone is coming or not. What's the use in getting our name and number if you won't call back. Not a good business practice as you have done this to us twice already.

As a current employee of Temp Care I am so happy to say it has been and continues to be a great experience. I have been treated in a professional manner and have worked at many awesome preschools. Check out California College of ECE. They offer online and in person classes at such convenient times. You are able to work and continue your education.

Tempcare is a child care staffing agency in San Mateo, CA. A family member went for an interview today. The staffing person who set up the interview didn't inform her the interview was through an agency, and never gave the name "Tempcare" over the phone. She thought she would be interviewing directly with a day care center employee. Also, their website is listed as tempcare.org, but that site is for a U.K. business, and not their site.

I can't find a website for this company or any reviews of their service. The staffing person also brought his wife to the interview which seems strange if not totally unprofessional. The person applying for the job also said she could overhear the person interviewing before her when she was in the waiting area because the staffing person left the door open.

Some of the smaller things that she remarked on were that they didn't shake her hand, or offer her anything to drink, and they didnt' give her any literature or web information on either Tempcare, or the company Tempcare was representing (Bright Beginnings Child Care). She said the only reason for 2 stars is that they actually showed up and did the interview. She will not do business with Bright Beginnings or Tempcare after this interview.
