Starting off with Angel she is my so called recruiter! They don't think we smart enough and come on here and give a review like the ones who posted are So she hooks me up with a Job I mean miles away on the Van I really enjoyed the Job paper company almost like Quad graphics but slower so easy as hell I have 4 in my area machine Had a jammed problem that night was not on me machine issue They let me go because there numbers where down the machine operator should have been fired but put it on the temp Now Angel says I was put on top of the list like I am shore she tells everyone now I call few days later leave a nice voicemail So unprofessional she never called me back I'm grown she lied she will never return your call they will never try to give a second job To them you mean nothing

They (Specifically Robert) lied to me about a job, it's policies and what was expected on the job. So I informed the supervisor of this and went home. Robert told me I "walked off" which by definition isn't true as I gave notice to the supervisor. When I informed him of what happened and that he had lied about the job he said " That is a quit. You walked off.
Either way, you need to update your application". To make a long story short. They will blatantly lie without a second thought and essentially punish you for standing up to it.

Very bad experience with this agency. My recruiter, estefania Maldonado did not want to send my resume to a company i clearly had experience working with and at the end of the day she said i did not have the necessary skills but other recruiters said i had the experience and still set. Estefania was very poor at communicating she never answered my calls or emails and I was in need of a job asap i dont even know how she still has a job there. Luckily I found a nice lady Who helped me and took a chance with me.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness This place seemed professional and the people were nice. However, three weeks later I am still in the looks for a job. I have tried calling them to see what is going on what the situation looks like, but nobody answers not even my recruit. If you are looking a good staffing agency this might not be the place.

I felt no anti-Black bias here. I wasn't looking for it, either. For the most part, I was kept busy. I found out through employment through Site that some employees are willing to work for something other than payroll. I am not one of them, so I had to exit the system. It pleased me to no end that my recruiter, Mr. Garcia, was willing to "take a chance" with me considering my sporadic work history. I had to exit the system when it tried to force me to work for something other than cash.

SITE staffing was extremely helpful to me. I went to the one on hwy100 and my recruiter was approachable and kind. She found me a great job a.s.a.p. Not only that, she went out of her way to help me with an issue I was having at my job. Everytime I have a question she quickly emails me back. My last temp agency, it would be days before I would hear from anyone, if I ever did. Also, I referred my mom and they were just as wonderful to my mom. So no complaints here! You guys at site are doing awesome, keep it up!.

I have been to many staffing places before but non compared to site staffing. I was referred to see Selina Owens. She helped me find a job the next day. Even though I felt I was bad at interviews she never said anything negative but instead she walked though how interviewers think which gave me the confidence to do good at the job I work now and any one I will have in the future.

Not a wise Idea too be working for this Place! They try too send me out on a job ( 2013 ) that i had no skills to matche for it, they wanted to coach we too lie to get the job, and when I refussed to do it! well i just found out today i've been black balled. I'll be talking with the E.E.O.C. real soon.

The staffing industry is tough, truly. It is fast paced with demands coming from every which was. Site staffing would do very well to create some Standard Operating Procedures and clear consistent forms and checklists to make sure there is clear communication about procedures and protocols for follow-through. Site staffing seems very disorganized. People who are desperate for work are unlikely to speak up yet deserve more ease and reliability too.
