Pretty unprofessional for an ostensible 'executive recruiting firm'. When asked for a more descriptive document covering the position they were seeking to fill, I was forwarded PDF documents that had been sent to a prior candidate.along with their entire email conversation with the recruiter and their contact information. This serious faux pas was blamed on an unnamed 'intern' (why is an executive recruiter allowing an intern to send email in their name you might wonder?) I was going to bail there but went through with talking to their client and taking a day and a half to go and talk to their client in Houston.
Follow up seemed to indicate things had gone well but apparently (I'm guessing) the client decided not to pursue. This is fine with me because I had my own reservations about them as well and even if I didn't no one is guaranteed to be a fit within an organization. However, multiple queries to the recruiter went unanswered (and they still haven't gotten back to me). Apparently, professional courtesy is even more rare than common courtesy. If you want a laugh, go read their employee reviews on glassdoor. You'll be glad you did. If I were an employer, those alone would make me think twice.

Where to start. Without boring the reader, suffice it to say that these people are just the typical recruiters who will say or do anything to pretend they have an "in" with a potential employer. I worked with one of their recruiters on a placement where she outright lied and said that she had an exclusive with the employer (I confirmed this fact several months later).
So as usual, fraud, restraint of trade, and whatever else you can come up with is par for the course with this bunch. My advice is to steer clear of them and look for a job on your own. They have nothing to offer (but a headache) if you are an established professional.
