I'm an employee at Clarity Consultants and our team is comprised of top notch Learning & Development recruiters and an agile team who understands quality work and have a sense of urgency! We work with Fortune 500 clients across all industries supporting a variety of Learning & Development projects. I enjoy working with a great group of talented professionals and leaders.

I have been working for Clarity for 5 years. I really enjoy our team, everyone is is friendly and easy to communicate with. I have been able to advance my carrier while working here and leaned many new skills. They offer great benefits for my family.

Unfortunately they hire highly partisan douchebags who issue threats of a sexual nature. Further, when this abusive behavior was brought to the attention of management, they refused all accountability and made an obviously ludicrous claim that the employee's account had been hacked. The rot goes to the top, apparently. I will not be using nor recommending their services.

Willing to lie to the public about their extremely questionable staffing choices. Wouldn't trust them to consult a Sunday School, much less anything more complex.

I loved working with Clarity. The staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Clarity works extremely hard to help meet our clients needs quickly and with the best team possible. It is an amazing place to work with a wonderful team, culture and reputation with our clients. I joined Clarity Consultants after a 20 year career in commercial staffing. The opportunity to be part of an amazing organization and dynamic leadership team drew me to Clarity, and to this day I am as passionate and excited as ever. Clarity provides professionals with an opportunity expand on their experience while working with some of the world's most prestigious companies. Throughout the organization you'll find individuals who are supportive and committed to the organization's and your personal success. It's a great team to be a part of.

Everyone at Clarity knows each other on a first-name basis! Everyone from each department are friendly towards and each other and such a relationship helps to make Clarity's work environment free of any hostile or negative work politics. Everyone works and communicates with each other effectively and with ease - no matter their title or position in the company.

Management is very receptive and open to any questions an employee may have, which helps to alleviate a lot of stress. The pressure to perform well and meet expectations is present but not too overbearing where the work environment is affected negatively. The perks at Clarity are great as well: catered lunch four times a week along with a fully stocked kitchen, a small gym facility in the building, on-site parking, and benefits (medical, dental & vision, 401k),

The atmosphere at Clarity is one that you want to be in. We have great employees that create a fun and professional environment. Management is supportive and encouraging which makes it overall a great place to work.

I work on the sales team, and we have a great competitive, yet very supportive culture with a great manager. While I have a lot of friends who work in very cut-throat, tech sales environments, it is just not the same at Clarity. Even though it is also competitive with incentives, sales contests, and a great comp plan, it is not competitive to the point where inside sales team members are fighting each other for recognition or pushing sales on our clients.

We are encouraged to share ideas and best practices with everyone on the team. We even serve more of a consultative role on the sales team, as well as really caring about the service we provide our clients. Love that team culture. I've also been able to experience a lot of growth within the company itself in my short time here. Also the lunches 4 times a week are a really nice perk.

Clarity Consultants is a great company. The leadership is open and communicative, which is refreshing and creates a very supportive working environment. They care about investing in their employees and consultants as well as ensuring the client's needs are met. They spend a lot of time thinking about company culture and how to acquire and keep the best talent and team. All in all, it's a fantastic place to be.

I moved to the area with no professional connections. Clarity landed me a contract that allowed me to get my foot in the door. All the managers I met were former consultants themselves, which made for a competent, straightforward, friendly group of people to work with. Thanks for the experience.

Clarity was a great partner. My Consultant Relations manager was always available and we developed a strong working relationship. Not only did Clarity give me access to opportunities with companies I would never have been able to get, they also took care of all the administrative and backend details that can take up so much time. All the Clarity employees I came into contact with were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend working with this group!

I have had a good relationship with Clarity Consultants. I was contacted for a position, interviewed, and within one day all of my paperwork was completed electronically and I started working the next day. I enjoyed the assignment and was even called back to work with them again. All of the Clarity employees have been easy to work with and responsive whenever I have reached out to get a short term assignment.

I met other consultants that Clarity represented at the assignment mentioned above and they were of the same caliber of professional that I am. That made working for Clarity very easy because they had a good reputation at that employer. Overall I would recommend working with this group!

I had a great experience working with Clarity Consultants. They took care of all the headaches involved with finding the right person including interviewing and prescreening. The consultant they assigned did a really good job and was very easy to work with.
