Products were great and delivered quickly, but after getting the products delivered, I have sent a question to your inquiry section; it was about 10 days ago and have never received any reply

Happy with order of ten magnets. Easy pick-up at side door. Used them to hold lid of a wooden urn onto its wooden base for a woodworking commission.

I got the magnets a little bit late. The time for sending back the magnets were too short. It seems that there is no time to evaluate a product for its intended use and by the time it is assessed it is too late to return. For product marketing point of view, that seems short sighted. I use the products for fixing speakers and sound systems. and there are not too many places to buy this products close to a major centre like Vancouver.

Very sad in my country where everything is well supplied but not so for these type of items without costs even though the costs are minimal. A distributer should be found on the west side of the country to supply efe market more appropriately.

Magnets as described, but the postage is extortionate - over $20 for a few small magnets, that weigh under 100grams!

Needed special size for my instruments and Matt and the team did a great job providing me with a top notch product and delivered on time. Thanks much folks.
