It's sad to see negative comments about this agency. I know some people may have had bad experiences with this agency, but I have nothing but praise for it. Proper Staffing found me a job that I am happy with and it may be leading to a great permanent position. So while others may complain, I only have compliments!

Terribly ghetto. The worst temp agency i have ever worked for. They will not protect employees and will fire you based upon their own incompetence. When they make a mistake they will not fix it even when they know they are wrong. Worse experience i have encountered in my entire life. Management is very ghetto.

I came to Proper Staffing in 2013 looking for a pathway to make more money. They placed me with a company doing surveys for a call center. I went from part time to full time in one month. A year later, I was full time and hired by the company they placed me with. I started doing government contracts with this company and now I am the manager of Government services division. Best thing I ever did. I want to thank you Joe and Pam for excellent service and communication.
