USA is the best agency around! Since my initial contact, Aly explained the process to me with full and complete honesty. I felt heard and understood and wasn't given any mixed promises or guarantees. She took the time to learn my skills to match me with a great company. I started employment just a little over 3 months ago and now at the final stage of the hiring process. Masterful time wasters - this is really what they specialize in. So typical of these temp agencies here in the Inland Empire.

It's nice and clean. At first Interview started bad. Lady asked questions and wouldn't let me finish. Or she would finish my sentences. They require 2 years experience of forklift before they can send you to do that work but over the phone they said yes just come in we can send you to do forklift. When asked what cities the work is in I prefer close to San Bernardino they said no it's within a 5 mile radius of here.

I said ok what's the closest to San Bernardino and she said no you're not listening. I was a bit frustrated but continued the Interview. The log in is a it tricky so they helped me out and gave me a wrong password. Since it wasn't working I took the time to look for information that I was going to put down and Herr comes the interviewer talking to me like a kid.

You could of just asked for help. Next time ask me. Blah blah. I told her what I was doing and she repeated herself again. I was done with the computer and continued the Interview. She made me feel like I wasn't the person for the job. Asked if I'm still with an agency why do I want to work with them. She was a bit offensive, rude, put words in my mouth.

I was frustrated I had to walk away. She said they have a good reputation and their employees over them. I get to my car and see good ratings but my experience was bad. I even forgot the interviewers name. When I said politely ok miss I'm done thank you. She just looked at me surprised. I said I'm done. Thank you. Have a nice day. I walked out respectfully. I should of not came Herr. Sorry for the bad review but this is the worst experience I ever had from an agency.

This agency is truly the best agency I've ever worked for! I've worked for several agencies in the past and this agency without a doubt is the most professional and friendliest staff. They are patient and so honest with their process. Prior to me applying and interviewing, they did share that they cannot guarantee a position just because I complete an application.

During my time of interview, they shared that majority of their positions are within radius of their office. I did have to wait a couple of days until I was offered a position. They do try their best to match my experience with their current job openings and I've been at my job for 3 months now with the agency and in the process of getting hired through a great company. I highly recommend applying and going through their application process. If they're unable to help you, they do recommend you to other resource centers.

I called to get some information on how the company works and how much it would cost to use them. The lady was very rude short with me, said if the company that I work with didn't have a certain liscnce then they wouldn't give me any information. I called last year hoping to get some help them too and they were rude and pushy and once I decided that I wasn't going to use their company same lady was rude hung up on me.

USA is a great resource! My experience has been phenomenal so far. Aly & the team was able to get me connected with sustained, good paying work quickly after meeting with them. Highly recommend.

After using United Staffing for obtaining a temp assignment over the summer in accounting, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience: I submitted a general application and immediately received a call from United. They asked a lot of questions about my background and experience and knowledge and skills, as well as my desired career goals. I was immediately advanced to an interview with a local company and landed a wonderful assignment. Erica, Wendi, Katie, and the rest of the gang at United Staffing SLO are a true gem.

They work hard to find you interesting assignments and they were always quick to respond and solve any issues that popped up. Checks were deposited on time weekly and personalized emails with payroll stub data were emailed the night before. They gave me tremendous confidence and I highly recommend them. I wish I'd started utilizing services like this a long time ago. It really takes the headache out of looking for an interesting job.

Just another staffing agency that doesn't care about filling employer or staffer wants. They just want to make placements for cash.

Having been my first time working with this agency I would have to say that it was a good choice! The receptionist was very nice and she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door! Always a plus walking into a new place! Besides the friendly staff, the agency was very professional. I would't hesitate to work for them again.

I just started working for this agency for a little over a month now. And I will say best agency ever. They placed me at a job making over minimum wages when all other agencies only placed me at minimum wage jobs. Very friendly staff and they are all gorgeous not snobby at all.

These folks were hard to work with, and sent us employees that did not meet our criteria several times. Some employees showed up late, or not at all, and there was little to no follow up from the team there. Their coordination with us and with the temps was lacking, leading to a lot of miscommunication. I notice most of their reviews seem to be from temps rather than employers, and now I understand why. We will be trying a different temp agency the next time we need people, and I suggest you do too.

We hired a few people through the United Staffing temp agency in SLO. Some of them worked out OK, but most were real challenging to work with. They get very creative with finding people. We had one guy sleep under the bushes outside our office waiting to start work the next morning. A couple people just couldn't follow directions at all and were very slow.

The worst part is they sued us for breaking our contract not to hire an employee of theirs when a different company in our building hired someone who once worked for us! That's not our company! Instead of trying to clarify things with us they just sued us assuming we had something to do with it. Avoid.

Great staff, they hooked me up with a good paying, permanent job within a couple days. Very professional and friendly, plus they seem to take their job seriously when it comes to employing people.

Their entire staff at all their offices will be busy looking for work for you. They will work really hard to find you, not only a job, but the right job. They are very responsive to your requests and questions once you are placed. They found me a great temp job that turned into a permanent job with a great boss, great pay, benefits, vacation, the works.
