I had a really bad experience with netPolarity. During the interview I clearly told them I have (non-IT) recruiting experience but they made me an offer and told me that they will train me. From day-1 they gave me IT positions to recruit and I had no clue what I was looking for! After a month they put me in their MARS training program which cleared up a few things but they chose not to give me full training for some reason.
I was shocked when they started questioning me about my performance right after my training. It was such a bad experience that I start applying for other jobs after first month. I found out later from my employer that when they contacted netPolarity for a reference they gave a very bad feedback. But luckily, my other references were good enough to convince them.
Any how, I knew it was a really bad decision that they made by bringing me onboard and not training me, instead they started questioning my performance. Finally, they found out that I am not interested in working with netPolarity anymore because they monitor your screen and see where you are applying. They issued me a warning and let me go! The reason they gave me was low performance.
I will not recommend anyone to consider even applying there after my experience. I am in a similar role right now, I am making double the money with full benefits. And I am doing really well. My advice to you, "Please do not apply with netPolarity" you will be wasting your time and energy. Otherwise, you can give it a try and come back later to give my review a thumbs up!

Don't trust them when they try to sell you at the commission. Their full-time Recruiter/Sourcer job is based on minimum wage + commission. Even dishwashers nowadays are making $18/hour. Plus their targets are not achievable and they will tell you success stories in orientation and in their presentations but in reality when you work in that company you realize how horrible the practices are and you are miserable since day one. I will never recommend them, period.

Worked for them 2016 and 2017, they're just here to make money off their contractors. during 2016, they sent the W-2's of all their employees to someone claiming to be the CEO, puttting everyone at risk of identity theft. while in 2017, they sent my paycheck AND W-2 to the wrong address. save yourself the trouble and do not work with these guys.

It is one of the most unprofessional organization I have ever seen. The pay is lower than you will make anywhere. The 4 submissions per day target is hideous. No pay increase on top of that the 7% commission is very low and it will be taxable so you end up getting 5% or sometimes less than that. The HR has no defined policies. The atmosphere is fine and music is on 24/7. But, work stress is higher than you can ever imagine and they will give you a full time offer per/year salary + medical and bonus.
In reality you will get the bi-weekly checks less than a $1000 and forget about the bonus on top of that their medical is a joke they offer HSA in which they deduct $500 from your check and add in your medical account so you end up with $400 bi-weekly income. The account managers don't help you at all they submit the resumes on your reqs on their own and steal your commission.
No learning, No growth, No career advancements. My only advice is that compare the minimum salaries of competitors before joining them I have found a similar position with more pay, more bonus and benefits with an excellent team. You can work there as long as you are searching for other positions.

I've worked with multiple contracting agencies in the past, and I've had my share of negative experiences. Many staffing firms never follow up when the client chooses another candidate, or they want an excessive number of "references" to try to build their client base, or they try to sell you positions paying WAY below market level (they of course are making a fortune by ripping you off, but that's another story.).
For me, NetPolarity was a pleasant surprise during my job search. I received a call from a recruiter, not because he just wanted a name in his database, but because he found my resume online and actually had a job in mind that I was qualified for. I didn't need to submit an extra application, I didn't need to provide ten references for them to harass, and I didn't need to come in to the office for 10 minutes to waste time. Instead, my recruiter pitched a contract position over the phone, coordinated a phone screen and an onsite interview directly with the client, and followed up very quickly with the client's decision.
The entire process took only 7 days. I didn't end up getting the position, but I will say that as far as contractor interview experiences go, I was highly satisfied by how prompt they were. I would absolutely work with them again, should another position come my way. (FYI, they offered $19/hr for a temp-to-hire, entry-level office administrator role. Robert Half pitched a similar position for only $12/hr the week before. Hmm.)
