Started in 1980 with an initial investment of just $10,000, the company now grosses in the millions in annual revenue. Employment Enterprises, Inc. earned a place on Inc. Magazine's list of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies in the United States a remarkable four times. Despite the company's aggressive drive for growth, we maintain the same family atmosphere that we had when the firm first launched four decades ago. Because of our commitment to our employees, our average employee tenure is 15 years-well above the average within the workforce solutions industry.

Checks and Balances engages directly with your pre-identified workers to minimize employment and misclassification risks, allowing for the administration associated with contract labor to be outsourced.
The demands of dealing with new employee administration, payroll, worker's compensation and other compliance and personnel issues can drain productivity and distract you from your core mission. We take responsibility for all HR administration and assist with compliance for your employees, saving you time and money.

Summary: I am unemployed because of this company - I had a job I liked, was recruited repeatedly by this company, and they backed out at the last minute. I am now unemployed, without income, and having to start a job search over from scratch. I would advise anyone recruited by them to reconsider before responding to their advances. Usually, I do not write bad reviews or make public post. However, this company Temporary Solutions, Inc mistreated me badly and I cannot be quiet about this. July 22 of 2021 was supposed to be my first day of employment with them but instead I suddenly became unemployed.
This company was constantly recruiting me since October of 2020 and offering job positions for their clients. I took another position elsewhere, and was doing great till recently one of their recruiter reached out again, and I had a successful (so I was told) interview with their client. I accepted the new position and gave two weeks notice planning to start employment with Temporary Solutions.
After finishing onboarding process, receiving a company laptop and monitor, executing all the agreements, I receive email just days before today from client's employee that I must return laptop and all the equipment back to the company and that they will not hire me because of my immigration status. I had clearly explained to the recruiter my immigration status.
I have the proper authorization to work in this country and I am eligible for another two years of work authorization extension. Nevertheless, they just backed out at the last minute leaving me unemployed. This company has to do better job knowing what their client need before going with offer and hiring process. Lesson has been learned and I would say do not waste your time with Temporary Solutions, Inc as they do not keep their promises and may leave you in the same situation as I am.
