Truthfully I had no problem with anyone at mau offices but the first day on the job at Kimberly Clark. the person I was assigned to be with. kept ditching me wouldn't answer my calls on the radio I mean I wasn't there for an hr. had got all of 12 mins of rambling that I suppose was training but I couldn't tell cause the large man couldn't breathe & talk and be understood. didn't stop him thou. after having a problem with a machine I was keeping stocked. I finally found him talking to a girl. I was so mad at that point. I left which I shouldn't of but. I have low tolerance for unnecessary bull kruddy

This company is racially biased. I wouldn't want my children working for them at all. They have a no fault points policies that allows them to give their employees points for any reason. All they are doing is setting us up to fail. At some of their job sites they do not have a nurse available for there mau employees. They just have people that act like they are doctor's and nurses with no experience in the medical field.
The insurance is ok. My suggestion is finding a outside source for insurance. The lack commutation is a site to see. They have people walking around here thinking they have a job but secretly on the verge of getting terminated. If you need a job feel free to put your app in, but please be prepare to find another job. It's a temp agency for a reason.we are not regular people to them we are slaves that are often miss treated And unappreciated. You will not find growth here. Only a terrible start.

I applied to a position on indeed using my resume at John Deere in Augusta, GA. Apparently they do their staffing through this highly unprofessional company. I received a text message asking if I would be available for a "phone interview." I was at work at the time so I replied when I could letting them know my available times. No reply. I messaged again the next day to confirm they had received my response.
No reply. The day after that I went ahead and called the number that had texted me, but the person who answered wasn't the one who was messaging me. I relayed a message saying I have been trying to get in contact about the interview. She said she would relay the message to the person on my case. A few hours later I received a message again that said "Hi, you're phone is disconnected." I reassured her that it wasn't and sent my number again and finally received the call and was ready to begin my "interview." Right off the bat I was sensing something off.
The person I was talking to was not speaking in a friendly or professional manner at all but I figured maybe she was just having a long day I'll just try and ignore it. The interview starts. She is asking me what my work history is and dates that I started at certain companies (all information that is readily available in my resume I might add) and some of the dates I can't quite remember so I say "hold on a second let me pull up my resume." She retorts bluntly with "yeah that might help." Excuse me?
I didn't apply through your website, I never signed up for your staffing company and you never told me I would need this information in front of me for an "interview(?)" I just kept going with the "interview" anyways. I was able to give her a few pieces of information as I was pulling up my resume. She asked me what my job title was at one place and I told her, she asked me something else I said hold on I'm still getting to my resume.
She then asked me again what my job title was and I asked at which location was she referring. I was legitimately confused because I had just given her that answer not a minute prior and was very clear about it so I told her again and added, "sorry I thought I just told you that." At which point she absolutely loses it and let's it all out saying I was being rude to her the whole time and she will now be ending the interview.
I was so shocked all I could say was "ohh. Ok." As she hung up. I tried calling back to speak with a manager or a supervisor and was told that no such person works at that location but they would relay my message to a supervisor so I told whoever answered what happened and gave them a call back number. The same number that had been texting me in the first place (and not responding to any correspondence) had messaged me saying they have withdrawn my application.
Quality customer service! Would be 0 star if I could. Unbelievable that someone in this industry would be so unprofessional when it comes to other people's livelyhoods. An actual despicable human being works there and I hope for everyone who actually needs those jobs they don't have to talk to that joke of an "interviewer."

You're better off applying through the actual company itself. I've applied to several jobs where I have way more than enough experience and haven't been selected to work in over a year and a half. I worked for this company before and they had my account set to where I could apply through them bc the manager at the time (Nicole) documented in my account that I quit my assignment with NCNS, which is not true.
I was on an assignment for 2-3 weeks, was given a set schedule for the morning shift, and all of a sudden my schedule was changed by one of the managers that works at KC but through MAU. This manager wanted to see and have some "Eye Candy" on the night shift (he was working swing shift schedule). Well when I found that out I just called in for 4 days and got pointed out and waited my 6months (which is the time you have to wait if you point out)I went on their website to apply and it said I wasn't able to apply until 2 years bc of NCNS which was incorrect.
When I called them it took them over 7 months to figure it out and get it resolved. Afterwards I was able to apply but I'm NEVER selected. I'm sure it's bc whatever they have in their profile. When it comes to MAU in Augusta Ga it's nothing but bad vibes and temp jobs for me. It's like you're walking on eggshells. My best advice is APPLY THROUGH THE ACTUAL COMPANIES esp during this time. they pay more and they desperately need help. I'll never apply to this company again. I'd rather strip than to work or with them.

I worked for mau for 10 years and it wasn't easy to keep the job. I had to work through many breaks and had to do other people's work along side my own. Nothing is equal.some people will get away with one thing but fire another for the same thing out of favoritism and by that i mean even if you have a clean record it doesnt matter. Best thing to do is be a yes man with your head down.

I went to MAU with an interest in working at a local manufacturing plant. I had 7 years experience and a college degree. They told me they did not have anything available. I was disappointed but continued on with my job search. They never ended up placing me but 2 of my friends recently got hired at that plant through MAU.

I understand that because of the impact of Covid19 had the office closed, but the woman that answers the phone for their office is rude and will hang up in your face when you ask for a manager or a supervisor. She will throw it in your face that she has had this job for 14 years and does not care what you have to say. I felt underappreciated as a former employee and all I was trying to do was was get a separation letter to complete my UNEMPLOYMENT claim.
Then she stated that i couldn't speak to anyone else but her and made me feel like she wasn't going to send my message through.i asked for the corporate office number and her name and she said they don't give their names out because of policy. How is an employee supposed to know who they spoke to if they don't give names. Im very disappointed for the unprofessional conversation that this receptionist gave me and I would like her reported.

They dont care about there workers they are only worried about keeping contracts with the companies! I wouldn't waste my time or yours reaching out to a branch manager because knowing what and how the on MAU supervisor acted and said would be just a waste of both of our time. This is water under a bridge i have and will let it go and move on. Thanks!

They will get you a job.and last I spoke to date nice. But my issue is value. They don't value their workers and do they're best to save themselves money. You tell them what you can and can't do and they still over look what you tell them. You looking for first.they send you out to orientation to only find out will be on 3rd. Why waste my and your time when I've told the HR what I'm able to do. They do not care.

I was verbally assaulted by coworkers and when brought up to MAU they acted as no big deal. When asked to transfer they told me to put in 2 weeks notice.no sense! I quit and they said since I quit without notice I can't work for them. I tried to talk to a few people at the office and they said they couldn't help me. Sad place! People want to work in an environment that is not hostile!

People, Don't let MAU Workforce Solutions fool you. Your orientation they tell you 4 days on 3 off, it is incorrect. They work you to death in hours and they train you half ass. I worked 5-6 days in a row many times with a 1 day turn around which is really 16 hrs before you go back in. The supervisors and office people are worthless. They will do you wrong and throw you under the bus.
The are not a Temp to hire into Kimberley-Clark that's is a whole new ball game sort of speak. If you want to work a couple weeks and make some ok cash then go for it, but if you are looking for a real job then avoid MAU Workforce Solutions, plus they are giving former employees BAD references, which is illegal. They will be served with court papers soon.
