Sizemore, Inc., formerly known as Sizemore Security International, was founded in Augusta, Georgia in 1955 by retired police officer Lieutenant Eddie Sizemore. After his unexpected death in 1957, his wife, Mrs. Thelma Sizemore, overcame much adversity and continued on her late husband's dream. In 1972, C. Preston Sizemore, son of Eddie and Thelma, continued the family legacy and became President and CEO of the company. In 1982, the company founded Sizemore Personnel Services to meet the growing demand for qualified and dependable temporary and contract workers.
Although Sizemore, Inc. has many physical office locations located in the Southeastern United States, we also provide security, staffing and janitorial services for many customers with Vendor on Premise locations as well as being licensed to provide Security services in additional states, which gives us the ability to service your locations anywhere across the United States.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Managers want to be the CEO so bad. But not doing what they suppose to do. NEGATIVE like they doing so much. Attitudes, try to be nice nasty I SEE WHY NOONE STAYS LONG WITH THIS COMPANY. Try to be petty and find something to get rid of you. BUT GOD SEES EVERYTHING BE HUMBLE. KARMA IS REAL WHAT GOES around comes around.

Critical: Professionalism, Value Did not show up or call for a job orientation and they told me that I was no longer eligible for rehire. Remind you that I had call earlier during the week and this was not brought to my attention. I know that most jobs do give you three strikes, but darn one time and you're out. Really?

A very shady company! I don't know what that guy is talking about. Stating what the company does is NOT a review! I wouldn't trust anything he posts. Sizemore tries to cheat its applicants on a regular basis. The hand book is worthless for information. I recommend applicants ask the following questions before accepting assignments or training: 1. Will my pay rate be the same for the SITE I'm about to go to? 2. Does the TRAINING CLASS pay me my regular rate? 3. Have you processed my PAPERWORK so I don't have to be mailed a check? In short, treat them as if you are working for a child.

I worked for this company recently and i must say the person in charge of housekeeping has to be the worst person possible management head supervisor. They didnt hire adequate housekeepers for a contracted job people with no knowledge of simple housekeeping or products conducive to the job, no update paperwork and scheduling. The pay is horrible i cleaned an entire building alone 15 floors only day housekeeper on call as well (walky talky) for $9 per hour no benefits no holiday pay extra or nothing mon-fri.

The equipment was old and noisy complaints was recieved for months before a new vacuum was sent over. The supervisor pretended to care about my issues i even had pictures of the undone work employees had not done on other shifts that was left to myself he never did ANYTHING about it. I barely got answer from him when i called or came in person to discuss issues he even lied to me about renegotiation of my pay.

My son had a medical procedure he needed done and i was told i could not have 2 consecutive days off, meanwhile my son had 3 surgeries in one day 9hours and i had to be with him for 3weeks. I was never given approval off for my son surgery. Even after all of this i asked to schedule a meeting when all was said and done i came in person as well as called sent email. I received no response ever. This company should be ashamed of itself because they lack management integrity and SUPERVISION.
