Do not use this temp agency they fired me after I received a call from First responders telling me that my cousin had been kidnapped I was told by my supervisors at my worksite they take care of it preferred personnel solution was to call me and terminate me I'm a war time is it who got shot for fighting for our country's freedom and he decided to fire me because I responded to a family emergency because somebody dangerous kidnapped a family member of mine. Caroline is the one who terminated me

I walked into PPS (Smyrna, Ga) feeling my lowest. I've been laid off two weeks prior, I've just been told that I will now be the sole caregiver of my 92yr old Grandmother after loosing my Grandfather to Covid-19. I have been searching for a job for two weeks to not find a feasible schedule to work around my grandmothers caregiver availability. I was welcomed upon entering PPS by Ms. Lizzy and Ms. Anahi as I was referred by church members to go see Ms. Lizzy.

I explained my situation they listened and delivered. I was thrilled to know that they had work with a feasible schedule that would allow me to continue the care for my Grandmother without having to place her in a nursing facility. I'm thanking GOD for their Professionalisms, their desire to care for future employees and not just look at them as another person to just fill and assignment.

They really care! I'm wishing them the best at any future endeavors with PPS. The skills they possess a lot of companies do not. Attentiveness, Caring, Understanding, and listening to the concerns that future prospects have when it comes to the desires of looking for compatibility with work. I believe this also help employees to stay when they know they are working for a company who promotes work/life balance

Brittany and Brandy have to be the most unprofessional employees I've ever been in contact with. Their tone and attitude on the phone doesn't exemplify an company that I would consider to work for or represent. I'm glad that the area of work that I was looking for they don't specialize in. When working for a company you represent them " such as" Preferred Personnel.

I'm not surprised by the rating because just by the two times I've contacted them I was utterly disturbed. When working in a field such as staffing it's not conducive to harbor a nonchalant attitude or mannerisms. It definitely deters new prospect employee from working with you.
