I can't recommend this agency enough! Their standards are extremely high - all of the recommendations have come with extensive experience and professionalism. 2020 has been the most challenging year many have faced. This is certainly true for our family. After 5 month CoVid lockdown and isolation at my 90 year old Mom's assisted living facility and 2 trips to the ER, we decided to bring her home to care for her. We felt she was weeks away from death. It was very traumatic for our family and I did not know where to turn.

Within hours, Gaye introduced me to Maureen (Mo) Campbell - a Godsent for sure. Mo has become a welcome member to our family and helped turn my Mom back towards life and health. There is not a doubt in my mind that Gaye saved me that day and in turn Mo saved my Mom from near death. My highest star ratings fall short of the gratitude I have for Gaye and Mo!

I read a couple reviews of agencies online last year when I moved to Atlanta and needed a housekeeper. Not knowing exactly who to use, I used my instincts and signed on with Gaye at the Hazel Agency. Gaye exceeded my expectations on her ease of communicating with me and understanding what I wanted in a housekeeper. Gaye follows up occasionally to make sure everything is all OK, she's couldn't be more helpful. I highly recommend The Hazel Agency in Atlanta.

I had a wonderful experience using the Hazel agency. I was referred to them by a friend. I love that the company carefully select the candidates that fit your family's needs. The company also does background checks. Gaye was a joy to work with and very responsive. Once we had our candidate recommendation we were provided with letters of recommendations from past employers which was helpful. I will definitely be recommending the Hazel AgencyTo others in the near future.

We have used The Hazel Agency many times over the past 16 years for several different positions. Gaye is absolutely amazing. Each time I have called Gaye she has helped me figure out exactly what I need and then she goes to work to find the perfect fit! We had such a great experience working with Gaye at the Hazel Agency! I have a 4 kids under 5, and was in desperate need for an extra set of hands to help keep things under control. Within 2 weeks of filling out a thorough survey of what we were looking for, Gaye had connected us with a very well-qualified nanny who is great with the kids AND helps with laundry. I had a great experience with The Hazel Agency! Gaye is fantastic and has found me 4 great matches. Two of whom I still work with, going on 3 years. She has a full service agency to help with all areas of staffing. We did have one placement that didn't work, and Gaye was quick to help find other options!

I have used this agency several times. The last time, I paid over $5,000 for a housekeeper. She worked in my house for several months and my other part time helper informed me that the housekeeper was beating my toy Yorkie. I also saw this housekeeper abuse my 18 year old rescue dog. I informed the Hazel Agency, who then accused of my helper of lying.
I hired this helper from this agency as well. The Hazel Agency refused to replace this abusive housekeeper without charging the full fee again. I will never use this agency to staff my home and would not recommend them in light of how this was handled.

I am a career nanny with over 10 years of experience and never have I found a placement agency as exceptional as them. Gaye, the owner, is a wonderful and caring person.
