The healthcare manager Lisa goes above and beyond to help you succeed and make you feel comfortable through the on-boarding process. I'm currently a CNA and I love the flexibility in hours you can schedule for yourself and the quick responses from Lisa, Hamilton, and Josephine if I ever have a question. I have had the absolute pleasure of working for Josephine's Professional Staffing Inc. for the past 2+ years as a CNA. Lisa Ilagan was my manager during my time here and I have zero complaints. I just started working with JPS Staffing agency and they are very professional and a well rounded company, placing you in well known hospitals such as Stanford Healthcare and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. Lisa, the manager cares a lot about her employees and was willing to work with my schedule since I am a student, if it wasn't for her I would have never been able to work at such an amazing hospital. The agency's customer service is also amazing, Hamilton and Lisa are both very responsive and understandable! I highly recommend working for JPS Staffing Agency!

Josephine professional staffing is amazing company to work for, I meet Lisa the manager threw a friend and was amazing to work. I have been working for the company since the pandemic started and it has been a pleasurer. I was able to work in such an amazing a health work environment. My Experience at JPS has been so far the best experience. I applied at different agencies in the Bay Area but this one by far was the only place that helped me get into a hospital setting and guided me to a better future. Lisa Ilagan helped me thru my whole process and has been the best supervisor I could ever ask. The staffing there ( Josephine, Hamilton & Everlyn ) is all very NICE AND SUPER HELPFUL!
I'm so happy I got to work with this company. They are very professional and very easy to talk too and flexible about hours you work. If I could I would give them 10 STARS! You won't regret it!

Josephine's was extremely professional from the beginning to the end. They reached out to me as someone referred me to a job opening they had and immediately placed me with a new job within 3 days. I worked with Maris and Lisa and they are both wonderful people to interact with. Their customer service is great and their turnaround response is extremely quick. I'll definitely be using them again if needed!
